All of I says is came from my experience, This is terrible for me but I paid it for a low price so you gotta deal with this service. This VPN will be give you an Freedom to visit internet website, apps and program that did not services available to the country. No false advertising stated on it's website (which is great!!). VPN IP isn't listed from other site as abused. No proxy errors when you play from the HBOMAX, Netflix, Disney+ (Disney has a high latency more lagging than it should be).

SUPPORT
Too very low for the support honestly they will leave (like happens last time) you behind without fixing the problems they had a group and server that you can joined which is cool they can help for only basic problem but I'll fine with it.

COMPATIBILITY
It has had it for all platforms Routers/Desktop/Laptops/Smartphones/Apple etc., yes it has and it supposed to be, and which it great!

USER CREDENTIALS & SECURITY
I am afraid that someday this services will be had a account leaking since the website was running WHMCS Database with a vpn server logs and everything what you do.

LATENCY
The VPN keeps reconnecting and has a 70% chance you to disconnect, Had Medium-High latency perfect for SD/HD streaming (not for 4K resolution). No Proxy Error as I say at the TOP page.

WeVpn is AMAZING only vpn that works with Netflix while nord which is faster does not I am not a experienced Vpner so keep that in mind customer support is just ....... AMAZING they respond so far and are helpful I would 100% recommend this vpn for Netflix gaming its good but nord is a little more expensive with much faster speeds it disconnected 1 time and I have only used it for about 2 days but so far AMAZING

Decent price. that is about the only good thing about this VPN, Slow speeds across all protocols. unstable connection, have to reconnect and or change servers every few hours. their adblocker works whenever it feels like. refund policy is refund only on your FIRST order. so if you try them out and don't like the service DO NOT give them another try later down the road they WILL lock you in and you will be stuck with a service that barely works. Do not believe the good reviews or Tom Spark, he is a partner with them.

so changing the rating a bit. still for anyone who is looking to try these guys out, do not look at all the great reviews or youtubers praising this VPN, try it out for yourself and see how it works for you but keep in mind the refund policy.

There used to be a great review here, now the attitude has fundamentally changed. Because of half a year of failing to set up what is advertised on their website. I kept waiting and hoping, but it turns out their staff are also very toxic.

Given the toxicity of the technical staff who behave like a whiny girl and the misleading message that the VPN will unblock all Netflix regions, but ideally it will only unblock 4 regions guaranteed, but almost every day this VPN has streaming service failures.
Then HBO Max not working on PC, turns out you have to write a new circumvention system, but techies are lazy and so HBO Max on PC, you could say doesn't work, Amazon Prime loads video for about 20-60 seconds. All in all there are a lot of problems with this VPN. With Jayson gone, the situation is only getting worse. There are several threads on reddit with this problem. I'm changing my assessment.

I used WeVPN from your recommendation. Now they are deceiving my request for refund! I urge no one to make mistake of ever trying WeVPN. Please do not recommend such a scam!
My refund request is within their guidelines and terms. They have even hidden the refund system in support, making it extremely difficult to find in the first place!

I subscribed to WeVPN after seeing this sponsored on a YouTube channel / video.
This was not the first VPN I have seen sponsored but three reasons made me choose this VPN.
1) I actually trust the channel that is being sponsored by WeVPN (therefore I helped out the channel by using their code)
2) The price
3) Seemed pretty easy to use (after doing some follow-up YouTube video WeVPN review searches)

PRICE:
I have seen a total of 4 VPN services being sponsored through various YouTube channel videos. They all seem to have introductory/special pricing but the difference to me is evident in the price adjustment after the initial "discounted" period.

USE:
I was going to give it a 4 star rating but I upgraded to 5, here is why.
In the beginning there seemed to be some issues with WeVPN where all of my connected devices were affected by the software on only ONE of my devices.
I couldn't figure this out and I did not bother to contact support... I just stopped using it for a few months.
Fast forward to the summer and I was downloading some files and received a warning from my ISP.
NOT GOOD...

I went to WeVPN.com to download an updated version of their software, installed it and configured it.
I use Mac products by the way and updating was a breeze!
Everything was pretty straightforward.
The program/app has a simple interface.
I've been using WeVPN for my downloads, since the warning, and I have not been bothered by my ISP. 😃😃

One thing I have noticed is that the iOS software is buggy.
Had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times to get it to work.
Might be because I have another VPN app, I don't know. I will still leave this at 5 stars because I've been able to download from a protected IP address at home which is super useful.

wevpn says it can work on us prime but for me on Nvidia shield and fire stick and phone it will not let me access it

WeVPN is a good VPN provider but I believed this company need a stable vpn services and other platform devices to use the services. We are about talking of price it seems good! I buy the 2 year subscription and they promised you to give 3 months which is true but the 3 months subscription don't add automatically for some reasons. About connectivity as i said earlier is great and need to be stable services. And I know why i you asking why I rate a 2 stars it's about your support, yeah it's active but when you asking them and the ending they need you to raise a ticket and even a support who responsible don't reply on the ticket.
At last if you need a VPN this company is good for you! It's 20% lower than my other VPN provider but this is recomended ny a friend and it's VPN IP Address not yet blocked from other site or a flagged ip, Hope you add more vpn servers.

This vpn randomly popped into my head years later, seems like it went way down hill from where they were 2 years ago. A quick search to get me updated with how they are doing as of 2023 was enough for me to make this conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS VPN.

TL;DR
- I didn't have the best experience using VPN due to latency and inconsistency, but the support team behind WeVPN is amazing and very polite all through out the process. Although it took me 5 days to get my refund request to push through, it was mainly due to their eagerness to find a way to have my issue resolved instead of losing out on a customer.

CONTEXT:
After availing of WeVPN for their 2 year plan, I was met by latency issues, long loading times, and overall an inconsistent experience. So after just 1 day of use I decided to get a refund because I was looking for a VPN that could give me a more consistent at the time.

Additionally, I am from the Philippines if this info matters.

THE PRODUCT:
As mentioned above I didn't have the best experience using WeVPN, HOWEVER, given that WeVPN is a new entrant in the market of VPNs, I don't want to bash their product just because I didn't have a good experience with it. WeVPN's team is constantly working to make sure their product delivers as advertised and they also try their best to release updates that tackle bugs and issues faced by their consumers as quickly as possible. Moreover, from what I noticed is that many people are actually having a good experience with WeVPN which is why I would like to repeat that just because I didn't have a good time doesn't mean it won't work for you.

THE REFUND PROCESS:
Initially, I thought that their refund policy would be quick and no questions asked type of process, but it turned out to be the type of refund process wherein you get asked a bunch of questions pertaining to your issue, experience, and the likes. The support team was very friendly and polite, they never came off as pushy or arrogant in their replies. The reason it took 5 days for my refund to be process by the billing department was because they made me tryout a couple of stuff like waiting for the next update to see if my problem would be resolved or trying commands in the cmd prompt. Moreover, going back and forth answering their questions about what I tried, my settings, etc.

If you aren't the type of person who can be patient and remain calm when replying to emails, you WILL need A LOT OF PATIENCE for this. Don't panic if it feels like the team is bombarding you with follow up questions to the point that it makes you feel like the process is going no where. You have to remember that they are a new VPN contender in the market and as much as possible they would like to keep their customers, so don't mix up the idea of them being eager with being unreasonable.

MY RATING:
I give their product a 4/5 because their support team was simply amazing because of the ff:
- Polite
- Prompt response time of 10 minutes to 5hrs ( based on my experience).
- They do their best to try in resolving your problem before letting their customers go.

I didn't give their product a 5 star simply because the product itself didn't work out for me unfortunately. But I really do think WeVPN is working wonderfully for others and I hope you guys give WeVPN a shot before looking for other VPNs.

Buggy software, often a lot of latency frequent downtime. They also refused my refund request. Don't spend your money here.

Edit: Jayson you already addressed my tickets and took no action whatsoever. The software issue is confirmed but unresolved. The latency and downtime is still occurring frequently. And you refused to issue a refund because I paid with cryptocurrency (which is in accordance with your policies, but it's ridiculous).

When all other VPNs failed, these guys made it work. Somehow they are able to circumvent Netflix latest changes. Great service.

There are a lot of bugs in their vpn programs. And don't trust their money-back guarantee, there are many restrictions.

This VPN has been amazing since I first got it but now, streaming is god awful on all devices, support is slow, and websites don’t even load.
