Went into the store looking for some pipe clips, was unsure of the layout of the store, however, when called upon Isaiah helped me find what I was looking for. Great customer service and will be looking for his help next time.

I came in recently to buy some things and was not sure what I should be buying or what the best ones were. Isaiah was incredibly kind, chatty and helpful, he made me feel heard. Excellent staff member.

In the Eastbourne branch of Wickes a very nice young man went to endless trouble to help me with details regarding metal blades for a Junior Hacksaw. This was between 10.30-11.am. He did not write his name on the Review card but i hope my appreciative message reaches him.

We went to the store with the idea of buying materials to build a shed and to repair our fence. When we got there we went to locate what needed. But when we met Steve Fulbrooh to make our order then we realised that our knowledge of the project was very limited. He took us around, showed us what we really needed, quantities and gave us some instructions about what we are undertaking. He has the knowledge and the skills that we needed to do our project and was very helpful, friendly and a good customer service skill.

A few times I have came into wickes with some idea what I need but I'm so thankful for Isaiah's help. Now when I come into the Eastbourne branch when he is working, I know I will get great customer care and always service with a smile, this guy will go and help people above and beyond. Use them all the time as I am a plumbing and heating engineer and the staff are always willing to help. Isiah is a great staff member stands out from the rest always goes the extra mile has a laugh and brightens my day. Great store feels like a local shop.

We ordered our new bathroom from Wickes in Eastbourne. Coco Astridge worked out a great design plan for us to maximise the space and give us the storage we needed. Lee Oakes, the bathroom fitter, was excellent. He not only completed our bathroom to a high standard, he did it with the very minimum of mess or disruption. Considering the amount of demolition involved, including tiles floor to ceiling to remove, we were amazed at the lack of dust. A very tidy, clean worker.

Planning everything only took a single meeting and all work followed as expected.

Deliveries came in a timely fashion, builders have done an amazing job and we are incredibly happy with the final result. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Can be on the slightly more expensive side when choosing nicer bath equipment. It can also be difficult to follow prices when looking at a catalogue with no reference price on it. But in return everything gets done at once and I don't have to contact multiple different companies to get my bathroom done!
