We bought two Lumie alarm clocks from Wiggle. Great service and fast delivery but they did not mention that the plugs were UK plugs so we had to rush out to buy adapters before gifting them

I have been a customer at Wiggle.se for about 5-6 years now and have been very happy with everything.
I always recommends people around me to go to Wiggle in first place due to good pricing, deliverytimes and returns.
But this have now change around from the regarind the last 4 orders.
Before my delivery came to my local postoffice with Postnord in about 4-5 days after placing the order. Free shipping.
And making a return was always easy. Just register the return on the website, a return label to my email and just post it away.
There where a slight charge for the return afterwards, but was deducted on my invoice cause I always use Klarna (pay after delivery) option.
Even though I have been a customer for so long, I have not received any emails from Wiggle regarding an update on the terms & conditions for delivery and returns.
So when I ordered a 24 inch bike for my daughters birthday, I later got an text from DHL where I had the option to choose “delivery to your home between 8-16, deliver to your working address, delivery to neighbour or leave at the front door outside.”
There where no option for me to get the delivery to my nearest DHL Servicepoint, cause this option Wiggle had not chosen on the delivery.
The nearest deliverypoint where the terminal 50 km away from me instead if I wanted to pick it up.
But I talked to DHL and made arrangement for a day that they could come.
So I took the day off from work (no salary) and waited…… and waited.
By 17 a clock I called DHL and they told me that there where a delay and they couldn’t make it.
Luckily my neighbour had a vacation the week after and where at home all day, so they could receive the bike.
But my daughter, a birthday gift, only got a picture of her new bike that weekend.
And Wiggle? “Sorry, you choose the free shipping, so we can´t do anything” It was like a punch in the face.
And now, next order (Order #6236323617), a big one. 2 package for 1 order (yes, it is a lot of stuff).
Same issue, be at home all day without pay from work, talk to neighbours etc etc…
What are you doing Wiggle?????
And the customer service is a joke, same answer. “sorry you should have payed for the shipping”.
And for the return of goods you need to pay 30 SEK in advance to get a return label even though you have choosen Klarna invoice.
I have tried to get a human solution with their customer service, but as long as I don’t pay for the delivery I am screwed. They can´t/won´t help in any way.
So as a customer for longer then 5 years now, I really need to think before I place my order at Wiggle.
So in the end someone else will get my money instead.

A return package was received by Wigggle on the 15th of September. Until today, 4th of October, I have not received the refund money. I think it is utterly unpleasing for any customer.

Very good support at purchase and feedback during delivery. Noticed that the brake pads did not have protection spacers at delivery. Note: Make sure to re-tighten all bolts before you ride...
The puchase of a backpack went well but I have unsubscribed 3 times from your email at no avail. I even marked wiggle as spam but they keep coming. This is why I will not puchace from this site again
