This casino is a total scam. DO NOT USE IT!! I won $650.00 on May 2nd and they have been giving me the run around. I told them I used a debit card for my deposit so they are not able to put money back onto a debit card so they will have to send it a different way, but they are not sending me my money. A trully scam, I have been trying to wiithdraw since 7 may 2023 but until now always cancell. What a scam.
The answer from wildfortune does not solve the issue, and it does not make sense at all. When I first signed up to be a player, I submitted dos required suc as ID s, bank statement etc. Then when I deposited using my debit/credit card, it was instant. So why when when I tried to withdraw always cancell? It was also stated in their platform that withdrawal is instant.

They want just one thing, and that is taking your momey as soon as possible. Answers from their helpdesk are not te be taken serious ' if you play with 50€, then you should not wager 10€ each time' and more of thoese stupid reactions.

I created an account with wild fortune casino and every time I tried to deposit there was an error message. I phoned my bank to find out what happened and they told me that the casino were putting the withdrawal down as educational which sent a red flag up and they blocked the withdrawal. I’ve now canceled the card to that account so as these thieves who have tried numerous times now to take the money can’t gain access to it. Wild Fortune are an absolute joke. They just about an hour ago took $4100 clean off me saying I went over the bonus max bet and I know for a fact I didn’t. They couldn’t prove it and said I did a $15 bet which I would never do in bonus betting. I’ve spun for years and they can’t bluff me. The lady online said I went over the $7.50 euro max bonus bet but I read in the article under mine that $5 is the max. That’s rubbish in itself and they notify me hours later and couldn’t even prove it to me properly by sending a photo of the so called bet, they sent me my betting history that didn’t allow me to read my full history, only allowed me to read page 1. The $15 bet I just wouldn’t do in bonus. I reached my wager early and appropriately. I want my $4100.
