I deposited 30 euros it was debited from my bank account to the casino but it is not on my account then I chatted with an employee of the casino something went wrong within 5 working days I would get my 30 euros back to my bank account 8 days later still nothing already 9 employees chatted all say what other 8 email sent no responses. this is just theft embezzling my money. I have saved all chat conversations and will work on it!!

I won over 42,000 dollars with this casino!! They made up a stupid excuse to try and not pay my winnings I piped up about it and they then sent me an email apologising saying “due to human error a mistake was made” and that they were crediting my account …They then kept telling me everything in the way of identification was not satisfactory even though it has been at any other casino and kept cancelling my cash outs. Then one of their games locked me out and took all of my winnings . They keep trying to ignore me and won’t hand over my play history !!! Stay away from this casino !!!!! I’m not letting it go though I’m going to the gambling commission, I’m also going to make a complaint with their licencee and speak to my legal team…. I have explained this to them and still no response… I will post my email on this site in 7 days if not resolved and anyone who has been a victim of their scam should get together and do something about wildfortune casinos scam!!!

Honestly, I cannot actually believe these negative reviews are by legitimate players.

I had my VIP host given to me within a month, Abby is absolutely lovely, she gets back to me fast, she contacts me to ask how I'm doing and randomly give me bonuses, all the staff i have dealt with at this casino are miles ahead of the others when it comes to customer service.

I thought I would give the casino a go cause I liked the style and it does have a great selection of games more importantly it said instant payout.

I received an offer from their Accounts manager via Whats App, "20 euro deposit 100 free spins", I won 10 euro from the free spins and set about wagering..
After a lucky run I got the balance to over 400 euro, when wagering was complete my balance was 370, at that point 300 was deducted from my balance and I promptly contacted chat.
I was told to refer to section 6 of their T&Cs which states:"6) The maximum withdrawal limit for no-deposit free spins is €50, $50, AU$75, C$75, NZ$75, 500 kr, 250 zł, R$300, 6,000JPY....AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE?........ I deposited to get the bonus?,ITS NOT A NO DEPOSIT FREE SPIN BONUS..FACT..
when I highlighted this I was told "Oh,..any offer made by account managers is automatically tied to section 6 of the T&Cs" WTAF..I mean how overtly scummy is this,, and how is it permitted? not to mention the fact that their is nothng in their T&Cs that reflect this ,, so long story short.. deposit 20 get 100 free spins at 10c, the max win during free spins is 50 euro(which is extremely rare), then the max win after 40x wagering is 50 euro ..seriously how is this permitted?

Deposited 20 USD, their promised bonus didn't apply, and they have so called responsible gambling limits, loss limit among the others. A loss limit has created somehow "magically" on 0 USD, which made me unable to play any amount of money on their site.
And when trying to remove or edit that loss limit, I get an email with a link, which is supposed to confirm and enforce the disabling the loss limit, which also doesn't work.
So I decided to get into contact with their support, which should solve the problem, we managed to identify the problem, which the support should disable or remove, and that didn't happend either...
Peace of advise? Keep away from that site, it is neither fun or amusing any at all...

Then I decided to contact their suport again. This time an other was on the line, he managed to remove the loss limit, which was created automagically by it self. Thanks dude.
It only 3 weeks to remove that pain in the ass, quite frustrating actually...
