ordered a harness on the 20th March 2023 for my new puppy, after a recommendation from a friend. 3 weeks later and after several emails, I have still not received my order, nor have I had any replies to my emails. Do not use this company

Didn’t want to give a bad review but I have still not received the two dog leads I ordered have sent emails which have been ignored unless the e mail has changed Very disappointed as purchased from Wilex before and never had an issue hope I get a response from this as my emails don’t seem to be getting anywhere

I searched online in Companies House and Wilex have been dissolved - so do not place any orders !!

It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my order and the emails I’m sending are being sent back to me 😡

I have still not received the dog lead which I ordered and paid for last September. I have never received a reply from any of my emails asking about my order, very poor customer service.

Love the harnesses but never am able to order in the colour I want - colours never seem to come back to stock

I ordered a harness and lead on 15/2/23 and now 1st March no items received despite having written to them twice, will have to open a dispute with Paypal.

Item not received. Not update on order status tracking and no response to email to chase. Poor service. Items ordered 13th Feb

We still haven’t received this. I have reached out for an update twice by email with no reply. The tracking app also hasn’t been updated and still just says order is confirmed. We now have got our puppy and had to guy him a harness and lead somewhere else. Really disappointed no one has replied.

Would have been a zero star but isn't that option. After having to chase the company about despatch and delivery, the order eventually arrived..incorrect. I returned part of the order explaining why (at own expense). Item was signed on receipt on 26th January. 3 emails and 26 days later no response and no refund.

I am still awaiting my order, for two harnesses which is dated 8 February I have sent two emails with no response ?????? Disappointed !

Ordered a harness and lead on the 17th January 2023 it never arrived and no update on the website have sent numerous emails and never received a reply also contacted them on Facebook Messenger and was told that the don't monitor that so will have to try and get a refund, shame has had ordered before with no issues.

Harness did not arrive. No reply to messages. Finally refund by PayPal.
Very disappointed

Ordered a new harness as we have had three previously.
Nothing received and no response to two enquiries about non delivery.
Received two satisfaction requests. I am not satisfied at all.
