My order was confirmed and payment taken on 5th May. I've sent 2 emails, neither were answered and the order still not received on 26th May. Very disappointed, I have dealt with them previously and received order quickly but will not use them again

I still haven’t received my order.I had a confirmation 21312 of my order but nothing.
I have sent 3 emails and heard nothing back

I would like to leave a review, perhaps I will when I actually receive my order which l placed on 28th of April

My order just never came. The only communication I had was order confirmation. Then nothing . Very unhappy with your company. Have since had to but harness and lead elsewhere. Due to this I am requesting a refund.

Despite several e mails you have not responded and I shill haven't received the 2 harness I ordered in April
This seems to be a current theme
I feel very let down as I have brought from you in the past with no problems
Customer service is rubbish and I have 2 dogs without their new harness if you cannot supply the goods please refund the customer
It's a very shoddy service you are providing at the moment

I ordered 2 harnesses 2/4/23, wilex sent email confirming been dispatched 17/4/23 with tracking number to Evri that still have not received items! I have emailed wilex 4 times and they haven't even replied or replied to facebook message how rude!!
Im trying to find out where order is or get a refund

Ordered 21st April still not received and no response from email to chase order. Have used in the past with no issues but based on this particular experience not good service

I ordered a harness on the 21/04/2023 it is now the 11/05/2023 and no harness lve emailed a number of times but no returned emails. I have bought a harness from Wilex before and received it no problems so why now?

I ordered a dog harness on the 22nd of March and have still not received it, I got an email on the 17th of April to say it had been shipped. I have heard nothing since then from the company, even though I have emailed multiple times and even sent a hand written letter when I found the address. I haven clicked in to the couriers to see progress and it just says the are waiting to receive it. Even though it was supposedly shipped on 17th of April. Why will they not respond? I even asked them to cancel and refund me, but I don't get any response. I am now going to get my bank to step in to retrieve my money back, which wilex were quick enough to take straight away when I ordered it. Ridiculous company with shoddy customer service, I will never use them again and would advise people to steer clear of them 😡

I never received my item, a response to emails/calls to see where my item was up to and I never received my money back. I have previously bought from this company and had no issues, hence why I came back to buy more dog accessories but this time I encountered the above problems. Really disappointed.

Already had these for my other dogs as they are easy to put on decided to get another one for my other dog they look really comfortable and easy to adjust

Took a long time to receive my item the second time around but still happy with my purchase

Dear Sirs,
we have not received our order yet for the dog harnesses
You sent us a email on the 17/04/23 saying that the items have been shipped to EVRi but they are still waiting for it to arrive at their depot

wish i had read reviews before i placed order.
Shocking service no response to emails and no clue where my order is.

Very disappointed in the time it's taking to dispatch my order. It's been weeks. I still haven't receive my order, no one has responded to my email.

Not received order emailed twice no response…
Brought harnesses many times over the years with no issues but would definitely avoid now…
