Total scam no harness no response to numerous e mails taken the money and ran

Never arrived had to claim money back but the one before this a good while ago was excellent

Still waiting for my order,not for the first time this has
happened. Customer service non existence, only way
to contact them is by email, which they do not reply
too.They take your money though very quickly.
Suggest do not buy from Wilexdogsupplies
as you may not receive your order but lose your money.

Ordered on 19th May. Money taken, no harness received.
Several emails sent no response to any.
Obviously they have gone out of business but still taking money for orders that are never going to be sent.

I have since heard that this company has closed down but they will still take your money.

They sent this to me but I have not received the harnesses. Ordered on the 6th May and all I have received is confirmation of my order and the money was taken out of my account on the 7th May. No emails from me have been answered.

Having since read other reviews I agree with what has been said by other customers that this company needs reporting to Consumer Watchdogs and shutting down.

If they want to improve and receive a better review, they need to communicate with the Customer and answer emails. Also they need a telephone number but above all they must refund payments if they have not got stock. In many ways they are worse than scammers!

This company don't send your items and you cannot contact them please don't order from this company they are scammers

I personally wouldn’t give them any stars let alone one but you have to put something in. A total rip-off Company and total scammers do not order from this company as you will not receive your goods but they will take your money. They need reporting

I'm still waiting for my order, twice I have emailed with no response to where my order is. Its a shame as I've ordered in the past and happily received my order. I'm so disappointed.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Taken the money from our account but harness has still not arrived. Very very poor delivery services

Total scammers. Please don't buy from Wilex. I made a purchase weeks ago and it didn't turn up. Contacted them numerous times but no reply. In the end I did some digging to find the company has previously been dissolved. Got money back from my bank.

Not received order or any response to my emails

Ordered a small harness 11th March - still not arrived ! Have used the company twice before with no problem - have they gone bust ?

It. Didn’t turn up! No contact after initial purchase confirmation email. No answer to my email either !

I ordered &paid for dog harness from Wilex Very dissatisfied no harness has been delivered. Have emailed them 4 times so far. No reply from them after confirmation email you cannot even get a phone number for them. OUT OF POCKET like so many other customers. Wilex are ripping us off

I ordered a medium harness for my dog. I cancelled order as out of stock and wouldn’t arrive in time.
To date neither harness or refund not arrived.
