Ordered and paid over 2 weeks ago .No items have arrived and I’ve had no replies from my emails .I would never use these again 😡

Very, very bad, ordered two harnesses, emailed, nothing has turned up!

Please DO NOT use this company.

I placed an order with this website based on a recommendation from a couple of years ago, so for once I made the mistake of not checking reviews.

The order hasn't arrived and there is no response to emails, although I can see from tracking that the emails have been picked up. The payment details on my bank statement are "SP Wilex, 3-11 Lawkholme Crescent, Keighley, BD21 3NR. Phone 01535 603979”. That address and phone number belong a legitimate well-established company - SPEAKS Workwear, who confirm this must be a scam as Wilex is nothing to do with them.

I also reported the company to Trustpilot but I see, one year on, they haven't removed it from the website.

No Harness after fourteen working days, no reply from two emails, no contact phone number. You have taken our money you are just thieves. Please DO NOT order anything from this company as you will not recieve it.

Haven’t received my order!!!
After three emails and no reply and no refund either

I ordered a harness and dog lead from Wilex. I received a confirmation email and the money was taken. To date 3 weeks later nothing and no response to 2 emails requesting an update on when I can expect delivery of the goods.
I should have checked Trust Pilot before I ordered, as now it is apparent this company take your money, but it doesn't fulfil your order. With no contact telephone number and no response to emails, it is obviously the company is not genuine.
Trading standards should take down their website to stop others being scammed out of their money

DO NOT USE THEM, they do not communicate with you, they have not sent the goods, there is no way to get a refund. All in all a complete rip off and waste of time!
I will be telling everyone I know to never use them.

No order received and no response to email query. Payment taken.

Goods not received no contact first time I have been let down would not use again ever

Wouldn’t give a star if it would allow me to.

They have stolen money from me. I purchased a dog harness off them and have never received it.

I have contacted them regarding this matter more than twice and no reply whatsoever.

I ordered another harness on July 22nd having previously been very happy with the item and service from Wilex. Although the money has been taken from my account no harness has arrived. I have emailed twice asking them to contact me but with no reply to either email. Can't find a contact number anywhere. Very disappointed

Paid weeks ago and nothing arrived, not reply to emails and no contact number. I guess I will have to claim

Company has closed down but website site running payments for goods are collected but nothing sent out. No response from owners. PLEASE AVOID 👎🏽

Ordered the item on the 17th of July and have still not received it.

Placed an order mid June as of yet not received it. Have emailed 3 times and as of yet no reply. I'm really frustrated as I have bought twice before and my fur baby likes her harness. But unfortunately I will have to go else where.
