Thomas arranged a Help to Buy valuation for us within just a few days, despite it being an extremely busy month for the company.
He was polite and informative on his visit and seemed to do a thorough job. We received the valuation and a full set of instructions just a few days later.

Amazing at such short notice
We required a valuation for a help to buy loan redemption at short notice and Tom couldn't have been more helpful in organising and providing a report swiftly and professionally - everything was exactly as required by Target and I've already recommended him to friends who are in a similar position.

My partner and I were about to exchange on the sale of our house when our solicitor had flagged our RICS report had expired. We rang Thomas off the back of a recommendation and he pulled out all the stops to do our valuation in the short time frame we had. We would recommend to anyone.
