Apologies for the extreme delays. I took a look at your order and saw that you received the part on the 20th. That is indeed way later than we had planned, for this we are very sorry. It appears this order was shipped by truck instead of plane, therefore it took way longer.
We aim to ship your next orders by plane again, but due to some technical difficulties, we weren't able to do that this time.
