This platform does not support guide buyers. All stipulations are in favor of guide. You must prepay, but you cannot cancel at last minute, or guide gets gift and you are penalized.
But guide can cancel the last minute with no penalty or problem.
This happened to our group.
Three days before a tour prepaid months ago.. guide cancelled.
Guide is not responsible to pay penalty, and guide WAS not responsible to find replacement.
Support is worthless. They do not find a new replacement guide for you. They just tell you to look for another guide.

So now all guides last minute double price.

From the moment you meet him, “Big”brings his big personality and wealth of knowledge about the city, the culture, and the people. He is very flexible for those who have food allergies and adjusts the snacks and munchies according to preference. He’s very good about introducing you to new or hyper local treats. He alap accommodates random requests to “just stop in this store a moment.” He’s very kind to the vendors and workers he interacts with along the way. I highly recommend him if you want someone who gives you a great value for money and goes out of his way to provide all the insights you won’t get on your own. Another bonus is that he sends pictures of the exits for the BTS station so you know how to get off the train and walk to the meeting spot.

Had a wonderful tour with Tom. He was great company and so entertaining with all his stories about the connections between so many of the big names from the 60th music scene.

Daniel was very easy to work with. To clarify the meeting point, he sent me a message with the physical address so that I could use it to order an Uber. He was very knowledgeable about Coyoacan and clearly enjoys showing people around. The walk down Av. Francisco Sosa was great. Daniel also showed us the church of San Juan Bautista and the Artisans Market. At the end of the tour he strolled us to the restaurant where we were having a late lunch. It was a very nice relaxing afternoon with a gracious host.

A fantastic introduction to Bari and Puglia! Adriano was the perfect guide—knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely passionate about his city. The food was outstanding, but what made the experience special was how seamlessly he blended local history, culture, and hidden gems into every stop. Even better, his restaurant, beach, and sightseeing recommendations helped shape the rest of our trip!

Petr was so gracious and friendly. This experience was so much better than expected. He was patient, He taught us a lot, and took a lot of photos. He gave us the photos quickly after the session and had great communication before, during, and after. Highly recommend!!

With a celiac in the family, we didn't think we'd be able to do a food tour, but thankfully we were wrong. Sandiana put together a wonderful gluten free tour for our visit to Lucerne. The food was delicious, and we we learned quite a bit about Switzerland while walking around Lucerne and chatting over lunch. She even helped us figure out luggage storage,as we had just arrived via train. Highly recommend a tour with Sandiana.

Carolina is personable, knowledgeable and professional. We had a perfect experience start to finish. Recommend Carolina 100%!

We appreciated the care Mark took, prepping each food course for our large group. He timed all courses perfectly and kept us entertained with interesting information as we explored new foods. All ages in our group appreciated his storytelling and historical explanations, Mark was prepared to cover a wide variety of topics. The food was exceptional, he definitely found the best places to feature great Scottish cuisine. Thanks so much!!!

The Montmarte food tour was advertised for 5.00pm this was changed by Olivia to 3.00pm( she said the food would run out!!) then she arrived late.
We all had an expresso at the beginning of the tour but one of our party wanted a cafe au lait, that was not possible according to Olivia!!
Eventually she got one. The history tour was informative, the food was very basic. We were expecting more for what we paid, compared to other food tours we have been on.

Our time with Tiago was wonderful. He knew the ins and outs of Brussels without hesitation and took us to see the major attractions, as well as the small interesting places about Town. In a very short period of time we were able to see why he loves Brussels as his home and he was able to turn a formidable city into an interesting town with local charm. To say that he is a known individual is an understatement as he went through town being greeted by and greeting many of the store owners, shopkeepers and other local guides. This of course only played to our benefit as he was able to better show us the shops and food and beer and coffee all available at our fingertips. No tourist traps required, his recommendations of where to Dine and get a drink were also superb.

CHUNDO took us on a nicely planned out super JEJU Market / Restaurant Foodie Tour. We met CHUNDO outside of the Market entrance and off we went. As a native, he understands what Foods make JEJU special & unique. Started off w fresh Carrot juice / delicious -then- a Green Tea Moche-like treat / superb. Learned about the special JEJU Mandarin / Sumo & had a delicious glass of juice. Then we walked and checked out the many live Fish tank & made our choices. Then up to a 2nd story hidden restaurant for Abalone Soup, Miso & 9 fresh Abalone = Amazing! After dinner he walked us thru an underground Mall & to the ancient Administrative Building - fascinating. CHUNDO is jovial, gregarious, friendly, bilingual and knowledgeable JEJU Guide & Happiness Ambassador. He is 5 Star / 5***** / Tops all the way. You'll enjoy his Foodie Tour - learn a lot & eat a lot. Great Time. You'll Enjoy ......

We were a group of 20 people for a secret media tour in Marrakech. Our guide Omar split the tour into two groups and hired an additional guide.

Both tours started very well: both guides explained a lot and answered many questions about Marrakech and its history. However, the quality of the tour declined a bit over time.

We spent a bit too long walking through the souks without much explanation, partly because it was extremely crowded and noisy and the tour ended in a shopping stop for herbal medicine.

The number of “secret places” (from my point of view as I have been already in the medina already several times) we had booked to see was limited.

In my view, the tour could be a bit redesigned to include more genuinely hidden, quiet and special places if there are people in the group that are not in Marrakech first time.

Maybe two offers could be made - Marrakech Medina - for beginners & Marrakech Medina - for experts.

Yuki was our guide and was very knowledgeable on the rich history of Japan. He was on time and very mindful of what we were wanting to do. I would highly recommend him.

We went on a food tour in Sevilla with Johnny, it was an amazing afternoon. Johnny was knowledge, funny and engaging, he truly loves his home and he shared his passion with us over the course of 4 fun hours. Everything was very easy. Highly recommend

My wife and I did a 3+ hour walking tour with Roxane through out Vienna. It was our first time in Vienna and Roxane did an amazing job. Very personal and knowledgeable and also made sure she learned about us and our interests She hit the high lights but we also loved the hidden jewels she showed us and talked about. Her love for her job comes out in her excitement during the tour. Really enjoyed how she discussed the history of Vienna and Austria but also compared it with other neighboring countries. Highly recommend and would tour with Roxane for sure. Thanks for a life long memory

This half-day tour of Copenhagen with Mia was a real highlight. Instead of feeling like a formal guided experience, it was more like spending time with a friend who just happens to know all the best stories and hidden corners. Relaxed, engaging, and never overloaded. Recommended! :-)

Two old broads experienced the Magical City of Istanbul with Kadir, a true gem! He shared his knowledge and love for his city making the amazing sites come alive for us. Above all he was kind, funny and provided many helpful suggestions for the rest of our visit.

We booked a guided tour of Rabat with IIyas on Friday 24th April 2026 following a number of detailed messages regarding content and location. However, on the day, Ilyas didn't turn up. Later, after sending him several messages asking for an explanation he replied- 'I got my Withlocals account suspended I couldn’t get to my messages to check the date and the address I remembered 25 so I planned for tomorrow'!!
