Delivered on time. Easy to navigate website. Product works really well when hot water required for a drink. Also the filtered water part is very handy too. So no more kettle or filtered water jug out on the kitchen top as the tap does it all & is neatly tucked away in a cupboard.

This wonderful Wodar brass boiling ware tapI can rely on it is the best hot water tap i have bought since I moved in my house 14 yrs ago .I can totally rely on it providing very consistent temperature lookinf stylish and easy to reset . Highly recommend !

Our Wodar boiler tap was easy enough for a competent DIY install. We’ve been using it for a year.
The packaging included everything required including black or white ceramic lever handles. The simple activation of the tap with a button release has proved effective. We run ours at 95deg, perfect for tea. The heating unit under the sink is easy to operate. It will go into standby after a power cut, so best to check.

Really good product and my plumber was so impressed with the quality he is going to buy one himself

Wodar gold hot water tap is excellent value for money, easy to install and doesn’t take up too much room under the sink, filters are also easy to replace, a great purchase all round and much more affordable than some.

I pretty much never write reviews on here..When I do it's because they have been, exclusively, terrible or amazing. Our experience with Wodar has been the latter. Excellent service at purchase with fast delivery. The product (Lux 2 in 1) was beautiful and well made. We unfortunately had a minor issue with the product, nearly a year after purchase, not a functional issue but a cosmetic one, and after a quick email Jonny @ Wodar came back to us (over a Bank Holiday weekend) apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement. There's not many companies that can claim, or deliver that kind of service.

We originally ordered a different finish but switched to a black Design+ Flex after speaking to customer service. They were really helpful and the final choice looks much better in our space.

Really impressed with the Design Pro Pull in gunmetal. It has a very modern, high-end feel and the spray function works brilliantly. Delivery was quick and packaging was spot on.

Fitted the tap. No cold water. Had a plumber look at it who said it was faulty. E mailed and attached 4 videos. Nearly 4 weeks now and no offer of a replacement or refund. E mail and maybe get a response within a week asking for another video. Awful customer service.

We have a faulty tap that cannot be used. There is no phone number for after sales and everything is via email where the stated turn around is 48h which is unacceptable.

I really wanted to use a UK company for these products and I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The company sent the wrong sink instead of the one ordered online, and despite providing clear information and photos, they still struggled to recognise that the item delivered was not the correct product.

Communication was painfully slow throughout. Emails often took days to receive a response, and the only phone number available appears to be for sales — there’s no way to actually speak to someone who can resolve customer service issues.

To make matters worse, the tap supplied was missing a part. I was told the replacement piece would be sent out on Monday, yet by Thursday there was still no part, no tracking information, and no update.

The sink is supplied with a super poor quality trap, that was binned and a proper trap was used, the threads were wrong too so needed to purchase an adapter.

Overall, very disappointing customer service and poor aftercare. I expected much better. I’m even waiting for some compensation as agreed with Jonny who I think is not Jonny. Nothing as yet.

We ordered a tap that comes with a choice of handles and Unfortunately one got damaged when changing.
I contacted wodar and explained what happened and they sent out a replacement the following week. Really appreciated the quality service as much as the quality of the tap

The Knightbridge tap in chrome fits perfectly with our more traditional style. It’s simple, solid, and feels really well made. Exactly what we were after.

Dreadful no technical only email

Had an issue with display flashing after a new filter installed. Now rectified by very quick response from their customer support. Happy with the follow up and information provided.
Press and hold the temperature button for ten secs.

Chose the Design+ Flex in brushed brass and it completely lifted the whole kitchen. It has that warm, premium look without the price tag you’d expect. Been using it daily and no issues at all.
