I recently bought my second car from Wollaston Mini and both times have dealt with Kyle. He is very professional, friendly, genuine and helpful and really listens to your needs. He even recently personally helped with a fault following my recent purchase and this was dealt with swiftly and was rectified easily. Excellent service from the very start.

I find buying a new car quite intimidating from past experiences of visiting other car dealerships. From the moment of booking a test drive to taking my new Mini home, the whole process has been easy and a really pleasant experience.

Nathan who took me through all the initial details was fantastic. There were no pushy sales tactics, he was friendly, personable and patient. Incredibly helpful.

Nathan was moving on to BMW so Darren Kench took over the purchase. Darren again has been fantastic, the communication has been excellent. No question too much trouble, very patient, thorough and a real people person.

I’m over the moon with my car and can’t recommend Darren and the team at Mini in Northampton highly enough.

Gabrielle Burt took very good care of us while looking at the electric mini, nothing was too much trouble and the experience far exceeded that shown by other manufacturers!

Kyle Mock is the go to person when looking for a mini! Kyle is not your everyday “sales person”, he is kind, not pushing, shows empathy, listens to your requirements, gives honest guidance & does his best to meet ALL of your needs! I personally wouldn’t go to anyone else other than Kyle! This will be my third mini from Wollaston & my second with Kyle, he makes every effort to understand you as a person/customer, no ask is too small / big!

A tremendous experience buying our first Mini. The sales staff, particularly Kyle Mock, were superb, hitting the right note for support and guidance. Very impressed with the car as well.

We have had a very positive experience with Kyle and his manager. They were able to give us a vey competitive price on the hybrid Countryman and we have been very pleased with the service we received and the car is just fantastic in sage green in the exclusive spec with leather seats.

Kyle was amazing when I came to look at my options for a new car. I didn’t know much about finance etc and he was very patient and explained everything really well. I also had plenty of options to test drive cars to get a feel for the car and understand more about what I wanted. I now have an absolutely amazing car thanks to Kyle, couldn’t be happier!!

Mark and team were fantastic at repairing my mini after an accident, being the kindest and most helpful people throughout the whole ordeal, and regularly updating me. They went above and beyond to get my Mini Cooper S repaired to just how I remembered it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Just ordered a Mini Cooper s sport the customer service is one of the best if not the best Debbie is fantastic at her job and regardless of who you see at Wollaston Mini you will you will leave happy. I like to keep my car tip top. I needed little jobs done on the paint work , wheel trim, new bonnet strips etc. Some work done on warenty some I paid for.
The booking in was simple and quick. I had calls and texts to inform me on how the job was progressing even to say we need your car a little longer. Collecting my car was easier than ever. Paid over the phone and me car was on the four court waiting for me as I had little time to spare.

I had been looking for a JCW locally, but could not get what I wanted. After deciding to look further afield I came across Wollaston Mini that seemed to have the perfect car. I reached out to them and Kyle very promptly responded. He gave me all the facts including a great video to show the details of the car. All my questions were answered and he made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the purchase despite not being able to test drive the car. I’ve had the car for just over 2 weeks now and could not be happier. The only problem is I am putting a lot more mileage on it than I thought as I am always looking for an excuse to drive it!!
