What can I say! We couldn’t have asked for a better service from Kyle when purchasing my new mini. We’ve been dealing with Kyle for over a year and has always given us the best service as possible. It’s so refreshing to deal with a friendly sales advisor. Thank you for making the process so easy and stress free!

I have bought many cars over the years and I can say that buying my current car from Wollaston Mini was the best experience. Gareth was outstanding in both his product knowledge and his determination to find me a car that suited my needs. As a woman I usually get treated in a patronising way as if all I care about is the colour and size of the glove compartment! When I phoned to make an appointment I spoke to Gareth. He listened to me, asked me lots of questions and followed up with a video of him comparing and contrasting 2 cars that he had for sale that he thought would suit me. When I visited he was patient while I went through everything. Eventually I bought one of the cars and he made the whole process easy for me and fun. He even sent me a video of the F&B's of my car and how to work all the gadgets filmed in my actual car ! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wollaston Mini.

I’ve just bought a Mini Cooper Exclusive, I was guided through the whole process by Gabby and the whole team. I couldn’t have done it without them! The service is exceptional and so much better then my local branch! Although I’m not local to the branch, they were more than happy to deliver the car to me!! I would totally recommend Wollaston Mini, and I’ll be back for my next purchase!!!

I recently got an upgrade on my Motobility car and went back to mini after saying I wouldn't as previously was let down on customer service but dealing with Kyle was a massive pleasure! He was friendly and super helpful! He helped me find the perfect car and I am beyond in love with it!
If mini have any money left over at the end of the month then I highly recommend he gets a pay rise for being the real MVP

I recently bought my mini with help from Darren and Gareth and they were amazing from start to finish! They have top knowledge of all the cars available, I was able to go for a COVID-19 safe test drive and was not rushed into my decision to buy. Since having my mini, Darren has been at the end of an email and nothing is a problem to sort and discuss. Thanks so much!

We bought a car from Wollaston mini today and the service we had from Kyle was first class. From start to finish Kyle was fantastic with all the information we had including detailed personal videos of the car. We only saw the car when we collected it on the day due to us travelling a fair distance. We felt confident that everything would be excellent due to Kyle being so efficient with all the details throughout.

Great and very friendly service from Nathan Buckley. I purchased a car without needing to go into the showroom and it was a really smooth and clear process. The car was delivered yesterday by very friendly and helpful drivers.

My car went into the Wollaston Mini/BMW workshop in Northampton to have my alloys repaired, the service from start to finish was amazing.
My vehicle was collected and delivered back after the work was completed, Mark’s customer service was excellent.
The vehicle was repaired and the standard of work was excellent. The vehicle was also cleaned inside and out and delivered back earlier than promised. Would highly recommend Wollaston Npton, many thanks Mark to you and your team, 5*

I have purchased a few cars with Wollaston and never had any issues and well recommended. Recently took my M5 into the bodyshop and very happy with the work and the customer service all through out.

First class service from beginning to end. Darren Kench was outstanding in his customer service and in particular attention to detail. He was very helpful in choosing the right car for me and explaining options. We had regular catch ups until my car arrived keeping me informed etc. So good to be treated like a valued customer, can be rare these days and Darren is a shining example of how to treat customers. I cannt recommend highly enough.

My experience of the two people I encountered at mini Northampton was exemplary. Kevin Gibbs was knowledgable and provided me with information which wasn’t immediately available to keep the sale procedure going without delay and without waffle. I recommend him.
Gabby Burt too was very knowledgable with a light touch when I wanted simple things but couldn’t find them.
When my first attempt at charging out of home found me stuck with the cable in the car and the charging pillar. Gareth and Gabby and others worked hard on many phone calls to enable me to get released from the car and then securing release of my cable by dealing directly with BP.

Gabby was so lovely and helpful - I really trusted that my new car was all ok and working and checked etc. It was a super smooth process and high attention to detail - Gabby even cleaning the inside door for me!
