Sturdy lovely looking case. But I can't pay with my phone while the case is on!!
Very disappointing as that is how most people pay nowadays (wallet on phone)
Therefore the case is not fit for purpose.

I've had to order a replacement on amazon. It doesn't look as nice but at least I can use it.

I did email them but my issue was not resolved. They just said their cases are not nfc supported due to the materials they use.
But customers would have to go looking for the terms and conditions on the website before purchasing to know this. I got a charge back from my bank to my card after as woopcase didn't want to know.

I ordered a phone case and I never received a confirmation email (even though the payment went through). When I checked the website to find out why, it said that my account had been suspended and advised me to contact support via email. However, the email address does not exist. At this point, I’m starting to believe this might be a scam.

Edit: It’s not a scam. After posting my initial review, I was eventually contacted by the company after reaching out to multiple support channels. They confirmed my order and the product was delivered about a week later.
The item itself is good and I’m satisfied with its quality. That said, I still think the main issue lies in the communication process: the order confirmation email and tracking information were only provided when I specifically requested it, and there was also no delivery confirmation email.
Overall, while the product turned out to be fine and delivery did happen, the lack of basic order and shipping communication made the experience very confusing and frustrating. I’m therefore updating my rating to 3 stars to reflect a good product but poor communication.

Incredibly unproffessional.
They cancel your order for „not there being a proper delivery address“ despite said address being fully correct in the initial confirmation mail - NO other vendor did this before.
Do not bother with these amateurs.

The phone case I received makes a high-quality impression and looks great.

I contacted customer support regarding an issue and received a timely and friendly response. They made an effort to find a suitable solution, which I appreciate.

Overall, a solid support experience – helpful and willing to resolve the issue.

I ordered on 24/11/25, and today, 27/2/26, I was informed that my order has been returned due to an 'incorrect address.' This is simply not true—the address is complete and no other postal company has had issues with it. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced

Wow, little did I know that there could be such a variety in phone cases. All my life I had boring cases compared to those from woopcase. I literally searched for hours and couldn´t decide on one design since I like so many of them. There´s definitely a suitable one for every taste in style. The material feels amazingly stable and I´m sure my phone is well-protected now.
I definitely recommend this online shop, it´s a great prize for a custom-made product.

The covers are really cool and well made. I had some issues with my order, and they have been so kind and helped me really fast.

Ordered a case and i didnt get a confirmation email and when i emailed customer service i didnt get a response. The website has also stopped working for me.
