-paid on 11-25-25
-shipped/ "tracking" sent 1 day later (custom phone case printed and shipped within 1 day? sounds too good to be true!)
-tracking only says "handed to local carrier"
-website says you cannot even inquire about it until 1 full month has passed
-it has been nearly 2 full months. no phone case. no reply to emails. no proof case was ever mailed.
-feels strongly like they exist only to steal money, and feel they can get away with it because they are based in france, and i, in usa.
-they claimed they issued me a refund on jan 19th, 2025
-still no refund as of jan 30th 2026
-they said "well we issued a refund, talk to your bank!"

I’ve ordered a phone case before Christmas. Paid extra to get it quickly but have still nok revived it. I have tried to write on their form for two times without any answer. the money has already been withdrawn. I am so disappointed in this firm and will not recommend it to anybody.

I recently ordered a phone cover from Woopcase and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Although there was a delay due to a postal strike, the customer support team was amazing. They kindly offered me a new cover and apologized for the delay. The cover I received is very good quality and looks fantastic!

First of all, I want to say that the case I received is absolutely beautiful--even better than it looks on the website. I would (and will) definitely order another, and will recommend Woopcase to my friends.
The only down side is that it took a month (exactly, to the day) for it to arrive. I would have liked it sooner. But it was so beautiful that it was worth the wait.

I waited over 20 days for my order before contacting them. ( they have a suggestion to not contact until 30 days). When I finally emailed, they told me the package was lost in dilevery. They do not provide a way to track the order.

Honestly? The quality of their job is utterly stunning. I recently received my case with the picture beautifully printed, beyond expectations and I believe they even work on images in order to make them even better in terms of quality which is a enormous plus.
