How it Works
1.Order and Proxy Purchase
Request purchase of items from online shops in Japan using the WorldShopping cart.
(Products from online shops that do not display this cart can be requested through a separate request form).
Upon receiving an order, WorldShopping will purchase the ordered items on behalf of the customer at the online shop.
2. Product Arrival and Confirmation
All orders are sent to the WorldShopping warehouse.
Upon arrival, items will be unpacked, checked according to the "order information", and packaged for international shipping.
3. Preparations Completed Email Notice
The international shipping charges will be determined after the packing process has been completed (on average within 1 to 3 business days of receipt).
An e-mail is then sent to the customer to inform the international shipping and handling fees and payment method.
4.International Shipping Payment and Shipment
Customer follows the payment instructions in the email to process payment. The order will be shipped after payment is completed.
(Expect the package to be dispatched the following business day, within two business days at the latest.)
5.Wait for delivery!
The package will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service) 7~20 days after shipment.

Double charged for shipping.
The package came timely and with no damage. The reason I'm giving a low rating is because in the middle of shipment, I got an email from WorldShopping I need to make a 2nd payment for shipping. I've never seen or heard of this before. Why couldn't the total shipping cost be presented during the original purchase. Unless they change this 2nd charge practice, I'm not going to use WorldShopping again as this practice is sketchy to me.

Please allow us to clarify that our payments are processed in two steps, as our fees are structured as below:
WorldShopping will charge the fees as below:
A: item total amount
B: Domestic shipping within Japan fee - The domestic shipping fee will be determined according to the policy of the shop.
C: Purchase agency fee - 10% of Order price total.
D:International shipping fee - Actual cost of EMS or Other delivery service charge
E: International shipment handling fee - 500 JPY (per package).
Because the international shipping fees (D and E) are calculated based on the exact size and weight of the package once it arrives at our warehouse, they cannot be finalized during your first payment at the initial checkout.
While we include notes about this two-step payment on the cart page, we are truly sorry if it was not clear or easy to notice. We will use your valuable input to improve our service transparency in the future.

Never again with worldshopping
My shipping and handling was not included in the purchase. When the item was ready I had to pay 67 usd. Ok international I get it. But the email said that if I didn’t fulfill by a certain time period that my $200 watch would be disposed of. WHAT, and DHL was the carrier. The worst shipping ever.let me know that I had to fill out a customs form. Which I didn’t know had to be calculated in JPY rejected my form. So I did it again in yen well now my sons watch is sitting in Los Angeles and no one will give me any right answers at DHL. I might get a better response if I tweet the president at this point
