Horribly expensive and predatory...

Horribly expensive and predatory packaging. The UI is severely outdated and requires several steps are needed for any package deal that hike up the price significantly. The hidden fees are outrageous and the sim locks your phone any time it turns off. Never ever use this company it has done nothing but cause me problems.

Horrible experience from day one

Horrible experience from day one

Horrible experience from the very first day. I was charged twice €20 because I was told the package was not the correct one, and after paying again, I discovered that the data package had a limited validity that was not clearly explained.

The so-called “monthly” internet does not last a full month, only 28 days. Even worse, when I still had about one week left in my package, the connection suddenly stopped and I could no longer access the app at all.

No service, no solution, no transparency. I lost money and time.

By far the worst mobile provider I have ever used. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sadly I cannot put negative stars

Sadly I cannot put negative stars. So 1 star it is.
I had previous problems activating their package month or 2 prior bot this month was something else. I payed and then activated a package I had before, it was working and the. Stopped in few hours for no reason, received a message to agree to some terms and stuff on site... I was like. Weird but sure, everything seems fine. When I try to do it, it won't let me.
I try to contact hotline. Had to first w8 for like 20 mins to someone take the call, then the call drops and I receive that the package where I have still 400 mins left... Doesn't work. So I can't even call hotline from this phone anymore. I call from other phone. And for 1 hour noone from hotline takes the call. I ain't gonna waste more of my minutes on you when you don't even do your job ( btw this was called in working hours as I spoke with someone prior to that hour) thanks for stealing from me and then ghosting. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.
Horrible customer service.

Hello, customer care? - fyi it's wowww! not woww!

--- Many reviewers review woww.at but is a typo, hence I reviewed also the correct wowww.at Also, Wowww! is managed by another company (ICC Calling Cards GmbH callcard.at), hence you might try to contact them directly - I personally solved my issue before the need to do so and found out this info when writing this review ---

The website is so crappy that it is impossible to buy a Gutschein (it's impossible to enter the debit card data because the fields are not clickable). I counted on having internet and it's been three days that I have been trying - I even went to a store a bought a Gutschein, but when I try to redeem it I receive errors.
Customer care does not exist - I sent multiple emails to ask to solve their website or send a payment link, but nobody replied.

Either way, I found the solution to go around this problem, and it might help you - I know, I should be paid by WOWWW! to do their job:
- buy a physical Gutschein (I went to a Tabak and asked for the Gutschein I needed - WOWWW XL - DATA 19.99 EUR)
- go to wowww.at
- now, they have 2 type of log-in - and that's confusing. I normally clicked on the account icon on the right (if you use a laptop), but that's not what you need to go. Instead, click on LOGIN KONTOMANAGER.
- You'll be redirected to another webpage (kontomanager.at).
- Now, check the back of the SIM card info - where you have info like PIN, PUK,.. Write your phone number as written (with the prefix). In the password field, write the 5-digit code in the "Kundenkennwort" section on the back of your SIM card (where you find your PIN, PUK,..)
- once in, you are asked to change the password. Do it.
- From there, you are enabled to perform more actions. Click on "Guthaben aufladen" ("recharge credit" in English)
- Take the receipt you bought in the physical store. Insert the "Lade-Code" ("Aufladecode" on kontomanager.at) and the password (4-digit, unnamed on the receipt, "Sicherheitscode" on kontomanager.at). BEFORE you submit it, be sure that you deactivated internet on your phone, otherwise you it doesn't work. In that case, just restart the phone and it should work.
- you receive a confirmation on screen and you can check the information related to your Gutschein (e.g. validity, expiration date, what you consume,..)
- enjoy

Note:
In theory, in the receipt given by the physical store, there is also a QR Code alongside the "Lade-Code" and the password. I tried to open the linked website but I receive the error "element not found". Meh!
try it nonetheless, it you are lucky and they fix it, it can be quicker than the procedure written above
