Love coming here very helpful staff.and all the time in the world for you.but I still think you are 100.per cent wrong not letting a lady use your toilets. With a medical condition. And saying security reasons. Come on what you expected a very old women to do. I mean it's not a thing that happens every day is it...ho and who's to say it won't happen to you...

I’ve never had a bad experience that I can recall with this store. I’ve just visited today and the staff were lovely. Freindly and helpful. They rang round stores to get me a pair of shoes for my husband for click and collect. I also bought trainers for myself, with help with one of the ladies in there. Lovely staff

Wow, what a service. Ordered in the late afternoon and received within 24 hours! Was kept informed of the order at all time. Haven’t opened the order yet as currently at work but excellent service from Wynsors and great price. Highly recommend

The girls working there were lovely and helpful but the only issue we had is my wife has a medical condition and needed the toilet. One of the ladies went and explained this to the manager who blatantly refused to allow my wife to use the toilet. She consequently had an accident. Not amused at all at the manager at all

Used Wyndsor shoes for many years for my work shoe requirements and have always been happy . This Tuesday 21st April I called in to get a new pair of work boots from your Swinton store . I usually buy the same brand Stanley however this time I noticed they had increased in price somewhat from last time so went for a standard pair of size 8 black steel cap boots Workwear brand I think they were called . I tried them on in shop thought at the time seem a little bit big for 8’s but I’d not tied them up too tight and had thin socks so went along and purchased .The following morning I tried them on at home in the kitchen different socks and laced em up tight but they were still pretty much too big . Today i decided to take them back see if I could exchange for a 7 instead . The sales assistant asked her manager to do the exchange . The manager took the boots away then returned claiming they had been worn . Which is true to the extent I walked around the shop and my kitchen the day after . She claims they have been worn outside which is untrue . They have been tried on inside twice . Yes there is a crease as expected after a try on and yes I re attached the price tag as it had fell off all the other tags are still on ie leather sample tag etc . She has decided I cannot exchange. Have to say I am pretty disappointed with the customer service which she strongly objected to me saying . I said I didn’t want an argument and you can keep the boots they are of no use to me too big hence why I haven’t got the order number it is still in the shop on the receipt along with the boots . No so much being refused the exchange , rather being made to feel like some sort of a liar and dishonest. Anyways hope they go to a good home .Won’t be using Wyndsor again . Disappointing really as I like to put money into local businesses.

Only popped in to look for replacement black patent boots and came out with perfect boots plus pair black loafers that happened to be sitting on the cash desk in my size...all for £30...hard to beat.

Logan in the Doncaster store was amazing and helpful today.
We were buying walking boots for my daughter and he was so helpful in bringing different styles and sizes so we could find something that suited her and she felt comfortable in. He was knowledgeable and offered some great advice. A credit to the Doncaster store is Logan

The customer service is worse the useless. I bought two shoes 1 slip on & one pair of shoes. They sent two sets. I was told to. Take it to a evri point. I couldn't I was ill. So I offered to buy the extra shoes nothing. I was honest enough to tell them they'd sent 2 sets instead of one. I haven't heard anything from them. I am extremely retisent to deal with them again. The way I've been treat is outrageous. & dissapointing the shoes are still in a wynsor bag. I have replied to wynsors only to be accused of being dishonest. I am retisent to reply. This has gone on too long. I was honest now I seem to be being hounded by wynsors
