So disappointed with this company. I ordered some Adidas trainers for my son for Christmas. I get him a pair every Christmas.

He wore them for about 10 minutes and they pinched and rubbed his heels so he had to return home and change. He had thought they were tight due to newness.

I returned these for quality control and they were found to be the incorrect size. So rather than offering to refund or replace I was told that as they had been worn (for at the most 10 mins) they could not offer a refund and I had to organise for the to be collected for return!

I actually asked if they were kidding. They had sold faulty goods, they wouldn't replace them and had the audacity to tell me I had to arrange and pay for the collection and return! What a cheek and terrible customer service.

I received a reply saying as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me.

Am I wrong to have expected to have been refunded or a replacement made? They had sold me faulty goods for which I am sure I am entitled to a refund, but make it sound like they are doing me a BIG favour and making a goodwill gesture.

I will not be using them again and you have lost a regular customer.

Brilliant Service.The staff go above and beyond every time we go in .My husband has great problems with shoes and as his foot has been broken. Nothing is to much trouble for them. We have shopped there since the opened in Swalwall.

Helpful with us not knowing what work shoes to get great communication and service and thanks for your help

lovely shop assistant helped me pick some shoes for funeral.

Visited the Macclesfield store to buy a pair of wellies. The female assistants were very helpful and engaging and my purchase was good value. A positive experience.

We visited the Dalton shop. It was lovely clean shop, had plenty of space & seating to sit & try on the shoes etc... the staff were polite & helpful.

Good range of footwear ,nice relaxed atmosphere and very helpful, polite and happy staff,

Comfortable in store very helpful staff makes buying shoes a pleasure

Good customer service, great products

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Upon entering had a very warm welcome and offer of assistance. Everything well organised and easy to find.

My daughter shoes have fell apart and she has only worn them for school for approx 5 days. They have said it is not a manufacturing fault and are refusing to issue a refund. They have said unless I get trading standard involved to confirm that is a fault then will not be doing anything. Really disappointed and bad customer experience.

My daughter has worn these shoes for school and this should not happen after 5 days. It has never happened before with any of her other shoes. I am very shocked with your response and it is not acceptable. I wonder why I am not able to upload any photos to this review.

Really disappointed in this company. I ordered two pairs of Wrangler Yuma boots. One black and one brown in size 8.
They sent one pair size 8 but the black pair were size 10.
Arranged return and it took a few days before they replied to my query on when a replacement would arrive.
A few days later I received an Amazon delivery even though I had no Amazon orders outstanding....it was the replacement boots from Amazon, not Wynsors!
One boot clearly used so it looks like a previous return.
I won't be back. 😔

Just walked in a lovely lady smiled greeted me asked we're the kids shoes were instead of directing me she took me straight to them made my experience very good I was literally in and out thanks to her .

A problem with shoes bought from them requiring return.
All this dealt with smoothly over holiday period, culminating in refund.
Excellent customer service readily available over phone. Good example to many another companiy!

Experiance was verry good had a lovley time buying shoes and the staff were amazing , defintly reccomend buying from this place cant beat it 👍

Lady who helped was super helpful good value and a discount on. Only problem was Google said didn't open till 10am but it opens at 9am so I could have had my son to school quicker lol

There is a lady who has been working there for over 20 year's she is very helpful extremely polite
