I ordered something there over two weeks ago (order #7449), one day later my payment was comfirmed, since then i've heard nothing of them. Support doesnt answer aswell (wrote them one week ago)

Update: One day after my review here they wrote me that they were having technical problems, which should be resolved by now, because of which they hadn't been able to see my order and emails, and they would send my order via express mail to compensate for the long wait. A day later it arrived.

I ordered one month ago paid for it and still nothing.
Update :They finally contact me after my review on trustpilot and they already shipped my order with tracking code.They have probably some technical issues so be patient guys with them

Never received my order. Emailed them about it and did not receive a response.

I haven't received my order in over 5 weeks & they were very poor at responding to my repeated emails in a reasonable timeframe, I thought I was being scammed but fortunately my order arrived after about 6 weeks and they apologized & assured me they had technical issues & it wouldn't happen again.

No problems last year when i bought some noots. I made an order (order ID:#7028) on the 8th of June this year and I have yet to recieve my package I've written to them 3 times no response from them whatsoever they delivered last year fast and easy, this time it seems like I've been scammed, I'd advice you to stay away from this site. I'll update my review if/when I recieve my order.

Update: they have been having technical issues on their end, after my review, they reached out to me the next day and compensated the long wait with express delivery. The order arrived today.

Ordered and paid for order 6147 more than 1 month ago, May 5th. Nothing received until June 16. No answer to at least 5 emails and contacts. Not a good experience. Wondering when I will get my goods or money back, will update when received news..
Update: received today package 21/6 by Express courier. Still the lack of communication by the supplier was disappointing, hence 2 stars only.

Ordered 15 days ago, nothing arrived yet, the site still says processing and no answer from support.

Will update the review if anything changes.

Edit: support got back to me a week ago and I now finally got my package!

Ordered 10 days ago. Got a payment confirmation but did not hear anything else so far, nor received my order.

Mailed them twice, no response.

Six days since they confirmed payment, order nowhere to be found.
I've contacted the supplier so maybe the problem will get solved. I'll update this post if that happens.

Edit: order status was updated to shipped. So maybe the order will arrive in the next few days. Should that happen I will change the rating.

Edit2: The order came today. Honestly I should take 2 stars away for this long delivery time & complete lack of communication, but as long as the products do what they should do I guess it's fine ...
Just so everyone knows this review does NOT include the product quality which I have not tested yet. This is merely a confirmation that after a long period of waiting at least the order did finally arrive.

Update 3! in the end they sent me all of the order twice! Thanks!

UPDATE 2! I got the goods, yet not exactly what I ordered. I ordered Noopept in capsules, yet they sent it as a powder. I messaged them about this yet got no reply so.. they deliver the product but the quality of communication and service could be better.

UPDATE! They replied, apologised and promised to deliver the order with express delivery, so I should receive it tomorrow. Will update the review if nothing happens.

Order not received, No answers to emails.
Before making the order I contacted them asking about deliveries of my chosen products to Spain and got a positive reply. So I made the order on 11/03/2019 with standard shipping with tracking. On 14.03 the in their website order status changed to "shipped" yet with tracking code the status is "InfoReceived" and since that date it has not changed. Till today (25.03) order not received. So more than 10 days already. I emailed them twice: once on 21.03 with a question regaring my order, no reply till today. and the second time today, obv no reply.

I ordered from here a few weeks back and my order arrived safe and sound, in about a week.
The product I ordered was Adrafinil and it's of really high quality.
I will definitely order from here again in the future!

I bought capsules of Sulbultiamine which was arrived regularly, but for me were not Sulbultiamine (I bought them in pharmacy in Spain and the effect was totally different) after contacted them, they refunded me.
