Absolute trash. Bought some ddr4 ram from them. Was never dispatched. Just a scam to rob your money. Please don't buy from them

I have purchased a GPU it has been 7 days and still not received the item I have tried to email and contact the company to no response I am not happy with the service and will not be using them again

I had to send them a reminder after 10 days of hearing nothing, but then received my order for half a dozen quality Hama memory sticks the next day. All items were present, but best of all were the prices, which were outstandingly low and complimented by free delivery.

I’m currently launching a new business venture that requires purchasing hundreds of server cases. Having worked with X-Case in the past, I reached out to them again, confident they could support my needs. Although the item I required was out of stock, I requested a custom quote for a pallet shipment via Express Air. I was told this wouldn't be an issue and that I’d receive a quote the following day.

Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, including several phone calls, emails, live chats, and WhatsApp messages, I never received a response, and this was over the course of 7 working days, almost daily trying to reach someone, with the only communication I had being live chat nearly 2 weeks ago. This level of silence is unacceptable, especially given the scale of investment I was prepared to make.

To be clear, I have been nothing but polite and professional in all my communications, both now and in previous dealings with X-Case. There is no justifiable reason for them to have completely ignored me.

I've since taken my business to Server Case. They answered my call immediately, connected me with a sales manager, and are now working with me to fulfill a very large order. When I shared my experience with my new supplier regarding X-Case, they weren’t surprised and described them as a small, third-party operation with a reputation for being unreliable and unprofessional. normally I would ignore such comments coming from a rival company, however sadly, my own experience now reflects that assessment.

It’s a real shame, as I had planned to use one of X-Case’s products exclusively for my new data center, an opportunity that could have resulted in hundreds of orders over the next year. Due to their poor communication, they've now lost me as a customer entirely. Additionally this was just to begin with (UK Location). I am set to expand rapidly to other locations around the world exporting build servers to locations including USA, France, Germany and several others. To state this is a huge financial loss for XCase is an understatement and a colossal blunder on their part for not taking me seriously, let alone the lack of care or attention to any customer regardless of size of orders, it just so happens I place rather large orders.

As someone with over 25 years in this industry and strong connections with other businesses, I will be sharing my experience with peers. If your business relies on consistent communication, reliability, and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Order arrived swiftly, goods as per description online. Next day delivery was quick, dispatched same day. Purchased rack mount case, no imperfections and solid build quality. Came with all the screws and standoffs required for hard drives, rack slide mounts and motherboards. Happy with purchase, would recommend.

Having purchased an Akasa (AK-ICR-07) Internal Card Reader from this company, (X-case), (31/03/2023) I was disappointed to find that the Compact Flash slot would not read my CF card.
I now discover that the reason for the lack of communication was unavoidable. I therefore amend my one star rating to three star and would give the Company my custom in the future.

They cancelled my order as they didn't have the stock. Why have it on website if doesn't exist? Not impressed.

I bought a 2U, i3 system with multiple HDD and SSD storage. The price was competitive.

Cable management was very neat, but a bit aggressive, so the SATA cables had been pulled out of the back of one drive. Great box, though, and when they didn't have the one I originally ordered in stock they came up with a good alternative.

I let X-Case know by email. They took a while to get back to me (never send feedback to the sales address is probably the key takeaway, here!) but did do so.

Their system-builder tool is genuinely excellent and takes the guesswork out of building custom, rack-mounted systems.

Good prices for reliable equipment. Purchased a case that has served me well over the past few months with massive room for expanding. Glad that we have a UK retailer for these types of cases. Their customer service has recently been non-existent, even though they used to be on the ball, (assume Corona) but they are prompt with delivery.

I have previously bought servers from X-case where they have been very prompt in delivery and extremely helpful with build/configuration questions

I had a great experience with X-Case. Firstly I was getting shipping from the UK to Ireland and I found their shipping prices competitive. Secondly I found them to be very fast in returning my emails and generous with their time in providing pro tips regarding computer configuration options in advance of my purchase. The product itself was of a very high build quality and stands to their reputation. Finally I was short a cable a couple of months afterwards and they very kindly sent one on to me. Couldn't fault my experience with X-Case!

I have previously purchased cases through xcase for both private and business use without problems at all, and the cases have been shipped and received promptly. I just ordered another case, and through my own ignorance I didn't double check the measurements of the case, and unfortunately the case I ordered would not fit for my use. I sent them an email asking if I could cancel the order, and I received a reply and a refund within hours. Will definitely use them again!

I pre-ordered 4 units of the XCase MineStation Project X at the beginning of the year. I was told that they would be shipped mid-January. I have called them weekly since then and have constantly been told "They will be shipping next week". I have had to call since my emails have been ignored consistently by the company (getting through by phone is pure luck too).

Despite raising concerns about the delays I have not been offered any compensation and we have had to resort to fashioning our own cases in the meantime. I would strongly not recommend XCase for poor communication and slow deliveries.

I bought the X-case i9 from them and it came and functions correctly.

I ordered the X-Case Eagle III Gaming Case for a pc I have built for my son and it is a quality bit of kit and well worth the I money paid for it, well made and everything was easy to install, the airflow through the case is excellent even when everything is fitted inside.
Delivery was very fast (got it a day earlier than I expected).
The case came very well packaged and communication with the company was very good.
I Highly recommend this company

I ordered a PC Gaming case from xcase, it arrived only a two days later with no damage whatsoever. the case looked great and was nice to have the power supply ordered and arrive at the same time and one that would fit the case. Since then I have nearly fully built my pc with no issues with the product at all.

I was attracted to this company as they have some really unique pc cases and the quality of the case is pretty good. However the customer service is non existant. The case I ordered had some minor damage so i emailed them to enquire about a replacement. I didnt hear back from them for 3 days so I emailed again and still no response. Being tight for time on the build and the case being the last part I just had to accept the case would not be replaced. To this day (5 weeks later) i have not received a response from the company. I would not order a case from this company again as if something goes wrong I will have to go down the paypal route...

On average you would expect to pay $30- $40 for a decent phone case. But with xcases you can buy the same product for less than a third of the price!!

Every order I have placed, I have opted or the "average shipping" which take 7-14 days. So i wasnt to phased that it took 2 weeks.
Butwith one order, on day 15 I enquired about my order, and with a prompt professional response, I had my order 3 days later.

Every time I have contacted xcases wether it was technical support, product enquiry, etc. I have received nothing less than a prompt professional reply!

I find every phone case to have a accurate description and to be of top quality.

Straight forward decent cases!
Most cases you come across from other manufacturers in this price range could only be described as junk, thankfully the cases i've bought from Xcase have all been well made and certainly punch above there weight in there levels of finish.
Nice people to deal with and bonus points for being local!
