Is this a real company or a scam?

I was awarded a long service award from work and chose a gift from them. That was a month ago. Rung them several times and all you get is an automated email acknowledging that you phoned them but they never call you back. There appears to be no way to escalate your concerns. Worried that this might be a scam or criminal organisation that takes companies money but doesn't deliver any goods.

Ordered vouchers via the company…

Ordered vouchers via the company website over a month ago. Vouchers were supposed to be emailed but have still not received them. I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. I have tried calling them but have been stuck on the line with no response. I even tried their call back system but no call back received. Horrible service.

Ordered e-vouchers a month ago through our recognition scheme, nothing. Called, put on hold for 20-30 at a time to find the customer service can do nothing but put a report in. 4 reports in now and still no response. Terrible service and wonder if they will ever turn up. I would not recommend

Horrendous company

Horrendous company to deal with. Unengaged staff on phone who only take your details for a callback which never happens. I’m amazed reputable companies are using these to provide recognition/long service awards to staff. My experience with them has been nothing but stressful, daily calls and emails nothing. No acknowledgement even just someone will be in touch.. 3 weeks now. I’ve got £500 long service awards floating around somewhere..

Disgusting company

This company is an absolute disgrace I have never experienced such terrible customer service in all my life. I haven't received my vouchers they don't respond to emails your on holds for hours for them to say I will take or further and no one ever contacts back.

Jokers

Complete jokers. As people have said, you call them and they take your details and promise a call back that never arrives. Don't respond to emails either and have no other contact method. The worst customer experience I've ever known. Hands down. You can't even complain.

I’m shocked how poor this Company is

This company is a joke, they don’t reply to emails, their customer service department just take your no. & details. Happened twice for me now. What Customer Service does this ? There is NO service.
They’ve got my money that I used to buy some vouchers and I’ve never received them.
POOR !
They’ve eventually contacted me after nearly a month to say it’s not their responsibility, even though they sent me the link that said to come back after 24th a what I did???whatever you do, do not use them. Absolute joke of a company.

I have ordered vouchers and have never received those. I have only received order confirmation email . I have sent multiple emails and I have made a few phone calls. I was assured of the escalation but no one has contacted me although I have provided order number and all the contact details...

Ordered a top up on my E-Card on Friday…

Ordered a top up on my E-Card on Friday to make a purchase (hundreds of pounds). Money taken out of my account on Monday but nothing on card so phoned them and was told I would get contacted back. Later got an email telling me to wait 24 hours. Phoned back on the Wednesday took 20 min to connect someone answered then hung up when i started to explain. Phoned back and after 9 min the call was answered but it was silent and after a min it was hung up again.
Phoned back again and after 16min it was answered by someone who was very apologetic and told me they would look into it and phone me back that day. Nothing so 45min before they closed I phoned back 16min on hold then they picked up and hung up instantly. Not sure if they are incompetent or fraudulent but they have my money and the item I wanted to buy is no longer on sale so even if I get my top up I will now be down money.

Unacceptable service

Unacceptable service; of all the employee discount schemes ive used this is the first ive iver had an issue with.
Ordered £125 in buyagift vouchers for a birthday gift, and as selected e-voucher was expecting them pretty quickly.
Then when got the confirmation email through it said non-instant e-vouchers could take up to 48 working hours (god knows if that means 2 working days or 7). Anyway, I'd ordered enough in advance but didnt get anything after 3 working days, so emailed them to chase as couldnt get through on the phone. 2 days later got a response saying they were sent so check my spam. Nothing there so emailed them back,this time requesting the vouchers refunded as to make the birthday, I had to repurchase the tickets directly through buyagift (actually saving more than the 10% saving xexec give). A few days later got an email saying they were going to resend. Still nothing. So emailed back, again clarifying i no longer needed the vouchers due to their delays, so wanted a refund instead. Now a full 4 weeks later get another email saying they've been resent; this time I've actually recieved them. No spam filter, no mention of being forwarded like they would have been if they were initially sent, and the vouchers even have yesterdays date on them, which is clear evidence they were never originally sent, yet the company refuse to provide a refund. Do not use this service; you're likely to save more by searching for online discount codes, and won't face any issues like this.

Fraud...avoid..

Fraud... They have taken my money, and not debited my gift card, called them three times and they just takes my details, and no one calls back.

Fourth call this morning, same reply can only take your details. Only free their customer service department can do is pick their nose, they have no access to view orders or anything.

Rip off tactics

Bought 2 cinema vouchers through these, they only gave me one code. So with what I paid for vouchers and had to pay full price on one seat cost me more money, than if I had not bought vouchers. Concierge customer service appalling. Unwilling to assist at all. Would not recomend as just try rip you off.

Alternative to student discount for non-students!

I have been using Xexec for 3 years now. There are a lot on offer and the user experience has been great. In the odd occasion where something did not go quite right, the customer service team has been quick to respond and was able to rectify the issue promptly.

The only improvement I can think of is to provide QR codes for the Cinema tickets - makes things quicker that way.
