Customer services were really good and helped reset my password when I was having IT issues on my business laptop, was polite and quick to resolve the issue that I had which helped access the services they offer.

I use Xexec through work and have always been really pleased with the discounts. I recently had an issue getting in because of a name change however they resolved it really quickly. Thanks for your help!

I have been using Xexec for the last couple of years via my work's website. I've saved hundreds of pounds in those years through their online vouchers and I recently used their concierge service to order some tickets for a sold-out show in central London.

I recieved a gift credit from my employer through Xexec. Lots of options. Simple and easy process. Very professional and quick to sort.

This is the first time I'm using Xexec and my experience with customer service has been great. I ordered cards but didn't receive it and the team was very quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. Infact they dispatch new cards immediately so I can start my shopping!

I had a really positive experience with Xexec. I receive a benefit from my employer and hadn't received a code this month, so I emailed to ask for some assistance. Sundeep was very helpful and assisted me very promptly, and was polite, helpful, and quick.

I use Xexec retail Vouchers through my Employers. In recognition towards my work, my Managers recommended my self and in return I received Vouchers for x amount. Trying to claim these I believe I confused myself and lost my Vouchers. I emailed Xexec with my issue. Within moments I received a reply and my Vouchers. A great service and result for me. I have been using the website through my company for a few months now, and I always seem to find a voucher to use for any purchase that I make. Vouchers are easy to get and save you money.
When I had to contact the customer service they were very prompt and efficient in their response.

I've used Xexec for a few years through work & have had 2 incidents over the years - having either lost or had a card retained by 2 different chains & both cards were topped up to spend & I didn't have either card.

On both occasions within minutes of contacting Xexec the issue's were resolved, funds frozen or returned & new cards issued to me - I'd all but written off the money & on both occasions my issue resolved by clearly explaining what was happening to me & I knew what to expect & when.

I'll happily continue to use them whilst I'm working & have access to their site.

My company uses Xexec and I ordered numerous vouchers from them over the past year. Usually it is very straight-forward, but I had an issue with my latest order, with the voucher not being delivered. I contacted Xexec and they provided me with an answer in a timely fashion. They have been very professional and happy to assist. Will definitely use again.

My company (MOJ) use Xexec and I must say how efficient they are! My free coffee voucher didn't work and within several hours they had responded and a new voucher was sent. I redeemed my coffee shortly afterwards. Thank you for such a responsive service.
