DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH…

DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH XtraderFX. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I thought I was just buying bitcoin. I never agreed to a 3rd party company who wanted to trade for me. When I realised what it was I stated I did not want to trade and I wanted a refund.
They demand a copy of my passport, my driving licence and my credit card (BOTH SIDES) with the security code covered over!!
I immediately contacted my bank and asked them to stop the payment but they could not as it was deemed a cash transaction so I asked them to cancel the card completely and issue me a new one so nothing else could be taken from it.
They then sent me an email after a few weeks stating that I needed to send the above documents within 14 days of agreement in order to withdraw funds.
They completely ignored all emails I sent to them and continue to call my mobile phone on a daily basis. I just ignore the calls but they are an incessant nuisance.
I never had my refund and I cancelled the trade so they could not spend my money but it has now gone anyway.
Lost £300 but could have been so much more.

BIG SCAMMERS - Do not trust any of them - LAIRS 100%

They are not based in UK. They operated 4 hors ahead of UK time, possibly in Tiblisi, Georgia (Easten Europe). Mostly using arab or middle eastern callers. PLEASE contact Companies House. I put £500 into a deposit account, which I did not activate any trades from and these people who operate from a time zone 4 hours ahead of the UK, so they are not UK based, possible in Georgia, could be Middle East and they took £100 because the staff had no lunch money of their own. One staff told me £100 would not buy them lunch. Please do not trust these people. If you have come here to do reviews after being badly HIT, please post a note here, so we continue to warn people. Do not believe them about anything they say - also you put your bank account at risk, because they will ask for a deposit then they will ask for your bank account verification & ID - the whole thing from start to finish is 100% a SCAM!! - I have asked for my money £400 that was left and they are pondering over releasing this and today is the 7th day since my withdrawal request. They said it takes 3-5 days that 5-7 days then 5-7 working days etc...... they will not tell you who they are and run you around in circles. Please note they are not operating from UK based offices. They probably rent a room for meetings or their registered address is not their office address - Total and complete rubbish - they deserve ZERO stars and basically they are thieves. Also you will not from Companies House - GPAY Ltd, had failed to submit accounts and they will be struck off the register. Do scammers pay TAX! (Their accounts will be worthless). Check who the director is and this name could also be bogus. All controlled from Eastern Europe. In fact a number of similar companies all operate the same scam out of Bulgaria and other Eastern block countries. They are unlicensed and operate outside of UK rules, so your money and your ID could all be compromised. The day I asked for my money back six attempts were made to use a cloned card. They have ways to read your card front and reverse - then someone will call you out of the blue and say your card is compromised and they are from the fraud section of the bank. Do not divulge anything to anyone. If this happens as your bank to stop your card and issue you with a new cars, but under no circumstances give your details - Go to your bank in person. You will recover any money you lost, so long as you give no information. This is how criminal gangs operate and sell personal information. If you deal with any of the unlicensed crypto brokers, you put your money at risk. 75-85% they will lose your savings. They will not make anything and do not believe a word they say!

DO NOT get involved with Xtraderfx.

DO NOT get involved with Xtraderfx, it is a scam! The reasons I came to this conclusion, through my experiences and further research, are as follows:-

I 'invested' the minimum amount of £300, an amount I could afford to lose, just to see if I could make any money, by direct trading on the stock market. My allocated trading advisor was Eric, but before I had even started trading I was put on to William, who immediately suggested I had not invested enough to make any money and, as Eric was to make only 2% from my dealings, in his words, "the profits from this amount of money would not be enough to buy him a hamburger' (which irritated me) and he tried to get me to add a further £1000 to my account, which I refused, especially as he hadn't proved that I could make any money.

We made one or two small trades to get started, made absolutely nothing and in 10 minutes the account was down to £287. I decided to call it a day at that point and as soon as I had put in a cash withdrawal, Eric was on the phone advising me that this was early days, learning how to trade and convinced me to cancel the withdrawal and carry on trading. This time he suggested we (meaning me!) made a further 4 trades to be left running overnight and I would see results. This I did and upon checking the following day, the account was down to £63 pounds and still dropping, with a notification on screen to add more funds. I cancelled the trade at £56 and put in a withdrawal of all my remaining funds.

Eric rang again and I explained that he had failed to prove that I could make money and that I was finished with on line trading. Over the next few days, Eric rang me probably a dozen or more times, with me telling him I was not interested, and then a 'senior manager' rang me, all to get me to continue 'investing'. This senior manager even offered to give me back the money I had lost, if I continued. I refused his offer and told him in no uncertain terms that I was not interested.

I got my refund and they even skimmed £20 off the top of that! This was three weeks ago and I am still getting phone calls from them. I had 8 calls today, a SUNDAY!!!. I had also noted that the phone number is different every single time they call, which makes it difficult to block. THIS IS NOT THE ACTION OF A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

They state they were on Dragons Den - this is a lie.
They state they are recommended by Martin Lewis - this is a lie.

I'm not even sure that the desk top you see on their web site, whilst trading, is the genuine stock market, it could be a clever representation posing as the markets, while they steal your money!
READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE ON LINE TRADERS.

Bad, bad, bad (don't put your sweat into this company)

At this point, I am totally done with trading in any sort. I have resorted to putting my money into a business or fixed deposit because 99% of these so-called trading agencies are fraudulent. I started trading with XtraderFx a couple months back and I can tell you that I have lost ALL my hard-earned money totaling $5,985 (a huge part of this investment was done so I can fly out to Michigan to meet my biological parents for the first time). Anyways, although I have not actually recovered all my money back, I was able to get XtraderFx to legally agree to compensate me within a particular time ultimatum. Please do not be deceived! it all ends the same way. if you or anyone you know has been a victim of these scandalous companies contact me using jeffersonbradd@gmail,com ASAP for a walkthrough and breakdown of the fund recovery process

I made a deposit of £300 after coming…

I made a deposit of £300 after coming across an advertisement which claimed Dragon Den's Dragons had invested in them as they had a great offer for investing in bitcoins. Immediately after making the deposit, I realized this was a sham and a fake advert. It subsequently took me three weeks and several discussions to organize the cancellation of my account which resulted in a withdrawal of my deposit - only to find out that £280 was returned and £20 held back as 'withdrawal fees'. I'm still disputing this. NEVER be tempted to start anything with this company.

Do not go anywhere near this company

Do not go anywhere near this company. They do not refund your money and are a total scam. They used a very genuine looking internet post that purported to show the Dragons from Dragons Den investing in a ‘bitcoin loophole ‘ that does all the investing for you. They pretended it was an actual Dragons Den episode which of course it wasn’t. Do not touch this company and on no account send them any details.

Absolute rubbish and waste of money

Run a mile from this company !! This is an absolute trap. They will ask you to invest $300 and after they will call you and convince you to invest up to $5000 to get full benefit of the account. In fact you don't get anything apart from an i..t f..k that keeps calling you in the beginning and show you how to do small trades. If you get luck and make some money he will tell you that this is working now. In fact once you put money in , they will convince you to invest all the money into a crypto with a big spread for them and lose everything. They will call soon after to ask for more money to support the loss because the market went against you. In fact this is the plan to lose your money so they can make money.
If you want to waste your money this is the right company. Totally furious with myself as I knew they cannot be trusted but I want it to prove I'm wrong in fact I wasn't. Lost $5000 in a week.
Don' make the same mistake

Scam set up.

NEVER EVER trust this company. It is a total scam set up! Once they have talked you into parting with your money,(£300) that is the last you will see of it, even if you should request it back for any reason, even before you have given the go ahead for any trading.
Beware of Vincent, he will promise you one thing , but do another, even to the extent of trying four times to obtain £3000 from my account the same afternoon. Fortunately my Bank were on the ball and blocked this attempt !
Steer well clear and only to get involved at your peril!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I invested upwards of $15,000 with the firm. I was led to believe that I would gain profits on my input. No one from the company got back to me and my funds were stuck there. However, I found a recovery organization that helped me every step of the way and retrieved all my funds for me. I’m here to help others and make sure they don’t fall victim to what happened to me. Email me at phillipmccoy89@gmail,com and I’d guide you through the process of getting your money back.

AVOID!

I feel stupid that I got taken in by XtraderFX, usually so savvy. However happy to say I was able to scam the scammer as it were and get back my money...

So like many I saw a Daily mirror article (FAKE as we all now know) and I was intrigued! I looked at the info carefully and considered for a while. Then one night based on an emotional reason, I decided to go for it and deposited £300 to get the account setup.

It all seemed so legit and a guy called Randy rang me to help me with my first trade. It was fun. I started to make some profit. However he kept mentioning bad reviews and it started to concern me. I decided to do some research. Then I saw all these reviews!

By this time I had already submitted all the info needed to be able to withdraw funds from my trading account...so I'm concerned they have my driving license photos but I've made DVLA aware to be a little more protected. I also called my bank asap and blocked the card I used.

I understood the chances of getting my £300 back were slim but I decided to adopt a different tactic. I wouldn't say I wanted a refund or money back etc...instead I told him about how I had lots of friends interested in trading but first they wanted me to prove it was legit and me be able to withdraw funds to my account. I requested the £300 to be withdrawn and waited.

Sure enough the money arrived back into my account! Since then I've received emails and calls but I'm ignoring and staying well clear of these fraudsters! I honestly believe the only reason I got my money back was because they thought they'd get more money in the long run from others.

Super dodgy and reported to action fraud police also!

They tried to steal my money

I opened a brokerage account in mid August, on the back of a scam advert about investing in Bitcoin. The original agent, Andrey Levy, took money from my debit card without authorisation, he made trades without my knowledge. He was apparently suspended from work soon afterwards.
I was then managed by Danny Martin, and by then I had invested £9,400. He turned out to be a crook, and did not keep his promise to return to my deposit and trade with the profits, even though we made some good profits.
On 16 September, some update in their system wiped out my account balance, all my trade history, and made up some withdrawals that I did not make.
I tried until 30 October to get hold of someone, but no-one would speak to me, no-one would explain what happened to my money. On 30 October I filed a claim with the government money claims service, they issued the claim against GPay. A few days later, XTraderFX paid my initial deposit back, but none of the profits, but they have not answered my claim, the time has expired for them to do so, and now I have requested a county court judgment against them.
To date, no-one from XTraderFX has had the courtesy to contact me. They are thieves, but not very good ones, they must think by ignoring me that I will simply give up and go away.
Do not put any money here, Fortrade is at least a FCA certified company, they cannot steal your money like XTraderFX tried to do.
