HUGE SCAMMERS
HUGE SCAMMERS! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
I had a lucky escape, after registering my interest online, I got a call from a man with an American accent within 2mins. When I asked to know more information, he didn't answer me directly and went on about a personal financial advisor would contact me, and with that demanded my bank card number to process??? I got hesitant and decided I would investigate more, so I suggested they give me two more days, as I was not paid yet. The man on the phone began to get angry, and started to demand my payment today. When I said I would be more comfortable paying later he then insulted me, and hung up the phone. It was from that instant I knew, something was wrong. Shame on them! Theses companies need to be shut down!!!
Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM, lost my money and call them more than 10 times to close that account and send many emails, but not response as they are charging for not active account, so they are not interested to close it. AVOID IT!!!
Scammed my father
Scammed my father, a vulnerable adult with mental health issues, for £5000. Flat out refusal to give a penny back. These criminals need to be arrested and sent to prison for a long time.
A bunch of boiler room scammers!
A bunch of boiler room scammers!
4 weeks ago I tried the system with a £300 deposit this is used to get you in! they then ring you and ask you to invest between £3,000 to £5,000 I got very suspicious and told them its not for me! and I want the £300 back, eventually today I got £275 back from MY £300 today! £25 missing? I have had over 10 calls from them still asking for me to invest MORE MONEY WHILE i WAS GETTING MY REFUND LOL {JOKERS} anyway my bank has knows what has happened, as they were going to claw the money back, if I had not had a refund by the end of this week! but they did advise me to get in touch with trading standards London and make a complaint with ACTION FRAUD!
My advice is run the other way and don't look BACK!

I am 73 years old retired person from UK that these crooks scammed for USD 500. It all started with me being curious about trading using automated software and filling in my details on some website. Half an hour later I started receiving phone calls from different domestic, Swiss and Norwegian numbers, all with typical English names pushing me to give them my credit card details and make a payment. One young lady, a forgot her name but with a not-so-obvious accent from Eastern Europe (I used to work there for 9 years so I picked up different accents and tonalities), possibly Bulgaria or the Balkans, scammed me by "guiding" enter the details myself and deposit the 500. After doing so I continued receiving phone calls from many different numbers all asking me to deposit more. I made a request to withdraw my money but my "broker" (a scammer obviously taught to use fancy words from finance world) pushed me to deposit another 1000 and slowly stopped returning my calls. GET AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!
Fraud all round.
Having read a review about Dragons' Den investing in xtraderfx.com I decided to invest £300. I was unable to give identification initially as I had no computer but eventually did so. I then changed my mind as I was uncomfortable about the company and on 27th July withdrew my investment. I finally received back £275 today, 13th August, and was told that £25 has been deducted as withdrawal fees. Disgusting. I wish I had read more reviews before investing, but if one sees something about Dragons' Den one feels reasonably confident that everything is all right and above board. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. Fraudsters all round.
They keep calling me everyday even when…
They keep calling me everyday even when I insist on closing my account. I still have 120 euro in my account, please take it and leave me alone.
This is what my account manager George Tillman sent me when I refused to invest:
Look man.
I am not gonna stop calling you every day, 10 times per day, till you change your phone or die!
It is not about the stupid 1000. I hate when somebody lies to me so badly like you did yesterday!
I don't know what your problems is, but I am coming after you, until you pick up and talk like a man!
I've never seen thing like this happen in my life. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be George Tillman's friend.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, do not use.
They will give you a bonus which if you do not hit the criteria for they can reduce any payout by 25%.
When you try to withdraw funds they have an issue with their payment company and cannot release the funds.
So far have been fobbed off for a month, I hope others read this and do not put any money into them.
Rude, none stop, won’t leave me alone......
Stay away, don’t even generate an account unless you really trust them. I had to create one just to read what it was all about. Within 20 seconds I had a phone call from a lady with a foreign accent however a very English name which isn’t impossible I guess. However she was rude, wouldn’t let me speak, all she wanted was me to deposit, wouldn’t answer questions. Since then I have had approximately 20 phone calls from different people in the space of 2 weeks, pestering me to deposit money in the same manner. I’ve asked every one of them to delete my account and stop contacting me however it persists constantly. Leave me alone, please I beg you to stop pestering me...... if it continues then I will have to seek legal advice for harassment.

Do not invest in this company
Do not invest in this company - it is a scam, they are trading illegally and you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I stupidly invested and received a lot of pressure to trade quickly (I lost money and was charged for the transaction which I wasn't told about) before I could even read the terms and conditions. I was then hassled everyday with phone calls which I tried to ignore. I told them I wanted my money back and requests were ignored. They then said I had to provide an excessive amount of proof of ID before I could get my money back (strange I didn't need to do this before I traded). I also got a call from offering to help with getting my money back for which I would have to pay £100. I laughed and hung up. The FCA have a warning about this company (look up Cryptopoint - this is the company I initially invested in and they suddenly turned into XtraderFX). Last phone call I made was today (3 weeks after requesting my money back) and they are now saying that they have returned my money - they haven't - and that they will email me a code so I can contact my bank and get the money. More delaying tactics - they clearly have no intention of returning my money and have been giving me the run around for months. This company needs shut down and I intend to assist in any way I can to facilitate this. I am currently in contact with the police (fraud) and trading standards.
