We contacted Yappl regarding getting a couple of business handsets, and after a little bit of hassle due to holidays and homeworking, our case was picked up by Helen instead of the normal person for our order size.

I needed to bring my consumer account from Phones.co.uk to Yappl (all part of A1 Telecomes, which I have been with for years). They made the transfer seamless and speedy delivery of our new business phone on EE for Ubie Ltd.

What a fab experience! I called to enquire about having an extra phone sent out for our business and spoke with Robyn who has been extremely helpful with the questions and queries I have had. Robyn's attention to detail and prompt responses were second to none and she is an asset to the team. I would highly recommend.

I was introduced to Helen via the live chat function on Yappl's website who from the get go offered unconditional support for my phone upgrade. I had chosen a deal (where she helped me complete the application), and then contacted me a few days later to let me know of a similar priced deal for a different model phone. She also offerred to help sort out the numbers on our account to make sure none was old, as well as the renewal dates. She did not have to do this at all but it was really appreciated. All I can say is GO HELEN!! The deals provided by Yappl are second to none (not quite sure why its significantly cheaper - but I won't ask!) A* service from start to finish.

Outstanding service l have received for my small business l had totally lost faith in so many utility companies it's now been restored by this amazingly great bunch of guys always there to listen respond very fast so so helpful.

Yappl have been excellent to deal with. Emma in particular is outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble for her, she is super efficient and also hilarious. She explains everything thoroughly and is an absolute diamond! I have also dealt with Asif who is a credit to the company and sorted out our business landline quickly. Highly recommend!
