Phoned reception to enquire availability of pitches who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Turiscampo always employ first class staff everywhere throughout their business which makes this location probably the best in Europe.

My booking was straight forward and easy to complete. I requested a pitch no. which was unavailable but I was given alternatives, I chose another and this was quickly confirmed by the campsite.

The booking site was easy to negotiate. The only slight criticism I experienced was that I was unable to view the camping pitch map that was mentioned as I navigated.

I had contacted the site by email in August to try and secure an early booking for Aug 2027, knowing it would be busy. Told to get back in touch mid-October. Got in touch earlier (end of Sept) to be told bookings go live 1st October, good job I got in touch earlier than originally told. I was online the very second the bookings went live, had been checking through the night. Secured the accommodation I wanted - great. An hour later received an email cancelling the booking, no explanation or offer to help. Since discovered it was already secured as an option, by a previous guest whilst they were there on site. So shouldn’t have been shown as available. All availability had gone for that accommodation by then, so I completely missed out despite lots of effort. No offer of goodwill to rebook or any effort to help. I’ve booked something else with this site, though very disappointed by a complete lack of service or care for someone trying to book. Not the way to start out holiday planning, let’s hope the site lives up to expectations when we get there!

We have just booked our 4th year visiting Domaine Sainte Cecile as a family of 6 plus friends! Booking on website is straightforward and clear, accommodation is spacious and clean (we choose the Wahou Premium cottage as it has an annexe for grandparents or friends - totally worth it!). Entertainment and food/bar area is suitable for all ages, and the pools are perfect. It’s 20 mins from airport and is a great value holiday for families that have to go in school holidays.

The booking process was really easy to navigate at every step! Payment options are a great addition to many sites that require bank transfer after booking.

Very easy to book but beware if you are thinking of booking with club card points. It is much cheaper to take one of the deals open to all than to use your free days which are taken from the full price.

Totally seamless booking procedure. The website is fantastic. We have traveled to Les Mouettes a few times and the site is superb.

Our first experience with campsite's. Just a brilliant place and we loved the cabins and the facilities. Great location near Biarritz and beautiful beaches. I can't say there was anything to fault. Loved the facilities in the cabin and nearby supermarket. Thanks to the campsite for a wonderful stay

Amazing place for fun and loud family vacation with kids.
And also great thing about SPA being available for 16+ only :)

It's complicated having to fill a lot of personal details. And to fill the birth date it's even more complicated, because it's difficult to get the early dates, we have to go through all the months of all the years.
