Zac Evans was very helpful and clear at explaining ŠKODA deals.

the dealership in Eastbourne is exceptionally friendly and approachable. The establishment is very clean and welcoming and has drinks available should you be waiting for anything.
Dylan Baker our sales executive was excellent, very personable and gave a comprehensive overview of yeoman deals and services available to us when buying our car.

If you're considering spending £27,000 or more on a car here, please take a deep breath and step back. Yeomans is just another dealership running on positive sounding assurances at the point of sale followed by attempts to protect margin on the sale from potential repairs. No customer should ever have to go through such experience at this price point.
We purchased a 2023 Honda Civic with only 2,200 miles on the clock, assured at the point of sale that it had been fully inspected and serviced under the "Honda Approved" scheme and comes with 12 month warranty etc. But within days, we noticed the air conditioning was giving off a strong gas-like smell after use that you can't breathe.
We booked it in for inspection requesting to properly inspect HVAC system, evaporator, cabin air filter, condenser and other key components. But rather than diagnosing the issue, the technician did "visual inspection" of car and simply sprayed perfume into the air vents to mask the odour - no proper checks, no written report of what inspections carries out, no confirmation the issue was actually resolved. Only after insisting, they recorded a video showing the technician having a look at the condenser through front grill and concluding no issue found.
The on-duty service manager then tried to convince me they haven't noticed the issue (obviously, refusing to accept fault existed at the point of sale). I was waiting there the whole time and they never asked me even once to demonstrate the issue if they can't notice it. I had to drive 2 hours for this appointment, I wasn't in for a superficial fix without proper diagnosis of issue.
When I raised this with the sales manager, in response he laughed in my face... literally, as the sale is done and money is in bank account and he doesn't care anymore. The on-duty service manager then refused to explain the dealership's complaints process preferring to dodge the question. They don't like customers insisting on proper diagnosis with documented report as evidence.
Their staff then created a false account of how they handled the matter blaming me for raising issues and then cover up their own failures. Its a shame that behind such a brand name lies unprofessional and careless attitudes.
After formal complaint I got a call from the General Manager who was clearly influenced by false account of what happened. He didn't acknowledge crux of the matter that is careless attitudes to customer service after sale. It is not just about technicality of the issues, its about how the dealership responds to address those issues and holds their assurances.
He proposed another method, but not a proper diagnosis to inspect air conditioner evaporator for contamination. He mentioned there could be mold spores in air conditioning system, I certainly don't want to get lung cancer breathing mold spores.
The car still gives bad smell from air conditioner vents after use, so back to square one while they wasted the opportunity to repair out of arrogance.
In short, the dealership's approach to customer can be summed up as strong assurances at the point of sale, followed by refusal to properly address issues afterwards, customer experience isn't a word in their dictionary. Money doesn't grow on trees, certainly not in these times. Everyone is working hard to earn it, except this dealership.
I have now issued a Formal Notice of Rejection under Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a full refund.

Purchased from Yeomans Peugeot
Purchased my car early February. Had to wait 4 weeks for it due to an issue with the breaks.
When I received the car, I had it 6 days before the engine light came on. The car was back at Peugeot for nearly 4 months with all communication coming from us for updates. When my car was returned, fixed, there seemed to be nearly 500 miles added to the clock. So unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about Yeomans Peugeot.

Very good customer service as I was looking to change my Skoda Kamiq to a Skoda Karoq. Zak Evans in Sales was very helpful and knowledgable and matched what I was after. I would recommend Yeomans Bridgwater and would use them again.

Car was in for a recall, waited 2 hrs to be told if had failed, given a filthy loan car with 150mile range, then swapped load car to a dirty car with faults, eventually after 4 days got my car back, mats removed and filthy. Darren in service was good but all needs to step up and remember customers gave a choice.

We had the pleasure of Sullivan being our sales executive to purchase my new car. From start to finish he was so kind and helpful, listening to what I needed in a car and helping in so many ways to make sure I could drive the car away the same day. Sullivan even helped with more paperwork than he would be expected to do because he could see I was getting overwhelmed after a brain injury. Everything was smooth and easy ☺️

Wanting to buy a car with a specific colour we found what we wanted at Yeomans of Bridgewater. Contacting them we bought the car "over the phone". This was managed with the wonderful help of Tim Hector who sent us video's, organised part exchange pricing and when we collected the car he efficiently sorted the paperwork including a problem with aDVLCdocument.
Yeomans are a good garage, who we would recommend to anyone, but thanks to the friendly, helpful, efficent, Tim Hector the best sales consultant we have ever dealt with.

We went to Yeomans of Indian Queens Cornwall just to look to see if they had the car we were looking for. They had one that had just came in so not valeted. A sale person came over and we started talking cars and he said I will get the keys. This sales persons name was Justin Playford we chatted not pushy just straight forward. He organised a test drive of which we accepted and a young man named Archie came with us just sitting in the back answering questions I had about the car.
There was no part exchange so Justin organised Archie t pick us up on the day. A most pleasurable car buying experience. The car was delivered in tip top condition, I wouldn't hesitate on getting another car from Yeomans when I am ready. All the staff we came across were friendly and considerate.
Again top marks for Justin in not being pushy and also Archie. The wife has Parkinson Disease, and full marks for Archie for grabbing her as if it wasn't for him she would have had a nasty fall.
Many thanks

We took delivery of our new car on Tuesday. All through the process Harry, James & Natasha always went above and beyond with help, advice and updating. Their service cannot be faulted and the car is perfect newer and lower mileage than we anticipated.
Thank you, we will be back next time we want a newer car.

Yeomans Bognor Regis were very welcoming, especially Guy, who was very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills, he wasn’t pushy as some salesmen are in fact just the opposite, nothing was too much trouble for him.
The car we purchased was used and to date we are extremely happy with our choice.
Thank you Guy and Yeomans 5 stars to both..

Attitude and spam: I'm not voluntarily subscribed to anything with the Guildford branch. They sent me content through the post which I had to call in to qualify, of course I wasted my time as it turned out to be irrelevant. So having committed the sin of unsolicited marketing followed by incompetent targeting and wasting my time, I called in to ask to me removed. At which point the sales staff insisted I email in to be unsubscribed to post that I never subscribed for. My counter offer to write a 1 star review on trust pilot was met by attitude. And this is how poor customer service is rewarded.

My lady friend went to the yeoman Citroen dealers in Wickham fareham to have an MOT on the 23rd of June 2026.
She was coerced by the staffs "fear tactics" to part with £600 to have a drive shaft replacement that wasn't needed, after being taken to another garage to confirm this was not needed,to pass the Mot.
But on her return to Citroen she was told by the staff, that if she didn't have it done, it could be very dangerous and other"Fear" words to that effect, and as she was a woman on her own, with no knowledge of car terminology, the staff took advantage of this for their gain.
This woman is a pensioner, and after her informing of her experience, I phoned the dealership staff to find out more about how my friend was treated,
And the response was basically a condescending reply and and an overall feeling that they got their money out of this lady, and didn't really care.
I will be taking the matter further for my friends sake, and I'm shocked and disappointed that the service, from Citroen, was so.
So my advice to customers , would be to get a second opinion elsewhere before committing to anything.

I bought a brand new VW iD Buzz in May this year. Once I received the car I noticed that one of the passenger sliding doors was only opening two thirds of the way. This was missed in the pre-delivery inspection. I spent several hours at the dealership waiting for this to be corrected and to have a dash cam installed that was also supposed to be fitted before delivery. The dash cam is faulty and cycles on and off continuously. After a couple of weeks the car displayed a number of faults on the dashboard and a persistent AirBag failure notification. I called Yeomans VW in Indian Queens where I had bought the car and was told not only would they not provide a courtesy car whilst this issue was fixed, but they would not be able to look at the car for six weeks.I certainly do not feel that a six week delay in fixing a major safety feature in a new car is acceptable. I have lodged my complaint with VW Commercial and initiated rejection of the car.

I recently visited Skoda in Bridgewater with my Dad to look at a car and was assisted by Zak.
Zak was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Be took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure to buy. I really appreciated Zaks willingness to help especially late on a Sunday afternoon.
I would never hesitate to return to Bridgewater Skoda, Zak’s customer service left a very positive impression.

We bought a Skoda Scala from Yeomans, Bridgewater last week. Zak Evans the salesperson was very helpful and was able to answer our questions regarding the car.

Time to browse, ask questions & feedback regarding each vehicle I looked at was extremely knowledgeable. Zak, the salesman made my visit feel relaxed & I was happy to follow his knowledge when he suggested alternative vehicles that I hadn't considered.

At short notice we decided to go to Bridgwater Yeomans Skoda where we met Zak Evans as our key contact. Zak ensured we felt welcomed and valued. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help us make the right car purchase for us. We did not feel pressurized and really appreciated Zak talking us through our options and enabling us to have a test drive before making our decision. We are very happy to recommend the dealership and Zak in particular.
