Mrs. Nerisa has been wonderful and very understanding to my current situation. I am very thankful for her assistance today and looking forward for our next outcome.

My intake call was rushed and used Sales tactics to get me to sign the documents before we get off the phone with promises and attorney would contact me to go over a full consultation. I later learned they were preparing a demand letter to send before a full consultation, or speaking with an attorney on my behalf. I called, texted, emailed for a week and the only way I got a hold of somebody was by contacting them through my husband's phone number. Once I talk to them, they tried to tell me they would give me a call back and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. It reached a point I lost trust and had poor follow up from them so I had to cancel. Disappointing.

Customer service here was great very patient and had alot of information for me in which I needed.

The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helped me with professionalism.

So far it's been amazing! I have called multiple local attorneys and all either way too expensive for a consultation or no guarantee win but require payment. They have been very understanding of my situation

I only received if one phone call from an actual lawyer in 6 months. Then they proceeded to close my case 4 months into the case. After that about 2 weeks later they opened it back up and they close it again about a month and a half two months later but during this process they asked me for my I-9 information and my ID and everything look like he was proceeding to get my lawsuit taken care of and nothing. So I think it's a scam they want to never asked me for my ID and my I-9 information if they wouldn't planning on getting some money from somewhere.
