Rented a car at Munihairport
Rented a car at Munihairport - this was a perfect experiance.
Easy check-in, friendly staff, many choices regarding type of car, perfect car, easy return process.
When returning the car the windscreen was cracked, we had purchased insurance, the insurance covered to cost for the windscreen – no problem.
Would recommend Yolcu360 to anyone!

Cannot get a refund
I’m trying to process a cancellation and I already said bye to my money.
The most ridiculous thing that they need to call me to confirm refund and something and they call at night since 1:30 am to 4:38 😂I asked a several times to call at day time in New Zealand and they just never replied to my emails until I started to use a harsh language. And they are refusing to get my money back unless I come to their office and ask for it 😂😂😂😂
I’ve never been in such a crazy situation. I’m glad it’s just €35

I used it to rent a car for a small discount but it costs me much more than discount. Other companies show you all options when you are hiring so you know if you need to buy extras.
This company hides all important info so the rental company in airport ripped you off. I am forced to buy extra insurance or block 800 euros for deposit and it wasnt shared during my booking. The guy at rental company told me that it is in conditions etc. Scam.
I am extremely angry and I hope with such a bad service you wont be successful.

Bad service - dont rent from here
I have rented from this website and had been provided with a car rent from Car Fleet.
Disgusting service, they pushed us to do everything fast. We took with 0 fuel.
When we provided back the car, it was full but no discount had been provided for paid fuel.
Secondly, our deposit amount had been provided back only 60% of our deposit payment, we had no issues with car and tank was full, we did not use paid roads. So I had to call their accounting department to find out why, currently waiting for them to get answer.

They have a discus thing customer service, They just take money, they don't care if you had a some problem.
I was booking a car for 8 days. they take straight away money from my bank, But my flight delay and I was arriving to pick up cars country 1 day late,so I must be take car dor 7 days. normally the hire car company (GOLDCAR) accepted 1 day refund but they said, you have to talk to YOLCU360 because They take money and your booking from that site. So when I emailed to them (YOLCU360) nobody back to me, just I get confirmation mail about they received my mail.
I recommend all customers just book directly from HIRE Company's.
