During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Always a wide variety to select from and the pricing is very good. The staff contact, should there be any problem, is fantastic.
I unfortunately had to contact YouGarden customer support as the courier had let them down, Rachel has resolved all the issues and was both extremely helpful but also took just that extra step to help.
