I would like thank to Robyn for help and passion because I was so stressed that my JuLife not working and I couldn't follow instructions stein away because I was working. But Robyn didn't give up on me. It's took almost 9 hours but we did it. I'm older lady and don't have too much experience with computer but I love YuLife because it gives me relax and help me fill better after yoga and yudoku. My husband sed that I'm obsess with it but I love it. It's lovely that someone will give you something for that you feel better. Normally you have to pay for it. I'm apologise if I wrote something wrong but I am not English and my writing is not perfect. But I would like thank you thank you so much for everything. Gabriela.

I love using the Yu life app for daily challenges.
I used the chat/message service following an update on my phone. Robyn at Yu life was quick to respond and resolve my issue quickly

Really makes you focus on your fitness. You will be more aware of how much you do and will keep getting fitter as you go.

Its good fun...I enjoy collecting the coins on a daily basis. Some of the tasks aren't appropriate for me - but I like the meditations and the Yudoku puzzle.

YuLife is a great app! I am using it for a year now and I can say it motivates me to move regularly. I have a desk job but collecting steps and by that getting more coins is a great tool to walk up to someone and ask a question instead of just sending another email. You can turn your coins into vouchers which is another pro and there are several discount/savings opportunity , will writing and life insurance so many beneficial things which comes from the app. I just love it! And their customer service is 5 star plus, their help desk is very responsive and sort your problem out within a few minutes.

Had an issue with the app and contacted customer services - Amy replied very quickly, advised on how to fix it and was polite and friendly.
Rewards in the app are good and easy to navigate round.

I contacted YuLife operator because I noticed a mistake in my app. The operator replied quickly and sorted the issue.

I had an issue with a voucher-Amy was very quick and efficient in replying to me. She assured me the voucher was valid and even checked in again to see if I had been able to use it. Excellent service!

An app which was clear to read and use.It incentivised me to do my daily challenges and accumulate the points which ultimately led to cashing in for my rewards. Wherever I had a query the response time was super quick. Overall highly recommend and look forward to my further challenges in 2025!!
