Don't even want to give them 1 star! I ordered a few items 2 1/2 months ago. For a "blanket" I received a paper thin SCARF material crap! For sure NOT a blanket! Then the $58 bed cover set I STILL have NOT received!!! They are a FRAUD co and Facebook should NOT be letting them advertise there!!! I am going to dispute the charge with my bank and report them!

Terrible experience. I was so excited to order my Chakra Yoga/Beach Blanket. After waiting a month it finally came. First thing I noticed was the package was awfully thing for the blanket I ordered. When I opened it up I noticed first hand that it was not the same material as advertised. Secondly, I noticed that it was also not the same size. It was much smaller than they advertise. Not big enough to use as a yoga or meditation towel as advertised. Then what really set me off was the fact that they failed to send me my chakra bracelet I ordered with it. Such a scam and waste of time and money. I went to see their return policy and they have it set in such a way that they make it impossible for someone to be able to return their item. It states that if it is a sale item (all their items are sale items) that you cannot return it. You cannot return it if it has been 30 days since you purchased the item (it takes the item 30 days to get to you). So it is impossible to get my $27 back from this very cheaply made item that looks like it cost $1 to make. Not to mention I never got 1 of my other items. I'm beyond pis**ed off. BEWARE! It's false advertising at its finest and you will be disappointed. All the people who comment and leave good reviews are all hired through them to make them look legit but they are NOT!

Do not purchase. They say they are US based but are not. Have the most unbelievably horrid customer service , very elusive.
I made my purchase March 1st 2017 . It's May 4th . I have tried emailing them numerous times , I only got 2 responses from a Mary Fields and a Mavis on Facebook, both of whom asked me to keep waiting for my purchase and then blocked me altogether .
I'm disputing the transaction with PayPal , just wrote the review to spare anybody else the misery.

On November 26, 2016 I purchased several items from Zen Like Products. Numerous times I reported that I had not received my package. I received one necklace in the mail; but the other purchases never came. I got non-answers in reply only. On April 22, 2017 I was sent a tracking number that showed the package had been delivered. It was delivered to an unknown person whose address is 1,712 miles away from where I live on December 21, 2016. I had hoped to have the gifts for Christmas. I guess someone else did. I never, in any responses, received and apology, and the company will not even acknowledge my many requests for a refund. Buyer beware! These guys based in China have no interest in customer service.

BEWARE !!! The worse company I've ever ordered from !!! Because ...
1. It took literally 3 months for my items to arrive
2. When I emailed them about where my items are , I got a email from a Mary Fields stating they received my order and I needed to be patient because their products were coming from China and then she blocked my email !!!! And with standard shipping was no tracking number but I still had to pay $24.56 for shipping. Great customer service , don't you think !!! 🙄
3. When I finally did receive my item it was the wrong color , too small and not cotton instead it was cheap polyester. A couch cover mandala that doesn't even fit a twin bed !!!
Never ever will I order from them !!!

I ordered a third eye " cotton queen comforter and 2 pillow cases" in a 50% off sale. What I received today is a lovely third eye cloth ,which does not cover my queen size bed, and nary a pillow case. I will keep it, because it is pretty. And anyway, Caveat Emptor. I doubt I will be buying much outside of Amazon anymore. Thank you for this venue.

I had placed an order for a Mandala Queen Bed Cover that was suppose to be 100% cotton. I had a conflict of shipping information as one email said it was coming from China and the Manager Mary Fields told me it was coming from the US warehouse. When it arrived it was not queen size nor was it 100% cotton. When I emailed MF to let her know that I wanted to return it somehow all the corresponding emails that were between MF and I disappeared. I have sent a few emails now asking for the info to return this item and have not had a response.

I ordered a yoga blanket for a friend as a Christmas gift, well before christmas. It came months late, well after Christmas and when it arrived the quality was so crappy i could not even give it away. It was totally synthetic and too thin to be a yoga blanket of any use. I did ask paypal to refund my money and they did. Very disappointed/angry. Also got a major run around from their inarticulate and misleading so called "support" staff and they eventually blocked me on facebook also, where upon I created a group on facebook called, "ripped of by Zen Like Products".

After waiting over two months to get my order, I finally received my 2 "Sofa covers", made of 100%polyester, and not even big enough to cover a small couch, and even if it did, it would never stay on because it is si thin and terrible fabric, Completely misleading photo on their site, the product looks NOTHING like the photo. Then I also ordered a"QUEEN SIZE" bed cover, it is pretty but will not even fit on a single bed. THis site is a complete SCAM, BEWARE. Complete waste of money and time...

I ordered a queen size bed set a month goes by I get a package from out the blue it's a twin size sheet more or less and purple with elephants wait what?
so I think of any orders I might have out in the world and I emailed zen like products did you send this? can you confirm this came from your website cause this isn't what I ordered and I want to send it back and the correct item.
I saw that they saw it and when I went to say like hello?

I called my credit card company to be refunded such a shame

The worst purchase I have ever made. Read the reviews below. I purchased the beach blanket which doesn't resemble the picture at all. The blanket is made out of sheer rayon. Company doesn't refund.

I bought the sofa cover and one of the mandala "beach blankets". The sofa cover is made of a sheer nylon material like a woman's scarf. And the "beach blanket"? It's cheaply made and the colors were obnoxiously bright! Their web site and Facebook page showed pictures which made the items look better than they actually were. Total misrepresentation of their products. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! Please don't waste your money. Remember the cliche "too good to be true"? Keep it in mind when you look at their web site. The merchandise quality is "dollar store" (at best) and it's made in China. The two items were not worth the $38.00 I spent on them. Lesson learned. :(

This site I believe to be fake. One of my friends have ordered from them and it had been weeks and she still hasn't gotten her stuff. Then she went on there page to let them know in a comment that she hasn't yet to receive her item so they went and blocked her from writing on there page. So I went and said something then they blocked me. The don't want anyone to know there scamming people for stuff that they don't even have to sale. There fake fake fake. Please don't ever buy from these people.

I ordered a blanket that I never received. I post on their wall on fb, then they blocked me from posting any more. I sent an email that they never responded to. There is no phone number, no address, nothing. Some of my friends posted on their wall and were blocked from commenting or posting as well. I wish I had of thought to read stuff like this before giving away money!!! I will see them go down if its the last thing I do!

do not purchase from this company..you will be lucky if you do receive any products and from what i have read..the products are junk and not anything like what you think you are getting. I ordered a long time ago very beginning of January and still have not received anything...I don't want anything from them now after what I have read from others

I placed an order with Zen Like Products on December 2, 2016. I was informed that it would take a maximum of five (5) weeks to receive the two items I ordered. I did receive the Mandala Wall Decoration in that specified time. However, I also ordered a "Free" bracelet, for which I needed to (and DID) pay $7.99 to cover the shipping.
It is now March 18, 2017 and I have still NOT received the bracelet. I have tried multiple times over the past 4 months to get Zen Like Products to refund my money. I keep getting a standard, computer-generated message that says, "We are very sorry for the delay. Please rest assure your order is on its way and will receive it.We truly do appreciate your patience! Please by all means if you should have questions or concerns with your order, please send me over an email and I will be very happy to help. Have a beautiful day. Thank you very much for your purchase!" I have received this exact same email, word for word and all typos being identical. The manager NEVER honors her word when she says she would "be very happy to help."
I keep sending emails in hopes of getting someone to respond. I have even sent them my telephone number in hopes of getting a LIVE person to respond to me. I have never received the first bracelet, nor the second bracelet they supposedly mailed out on January 19, 2017. Now, once again they are telling me they have sent out another bracelet. I do NOT want the bracelet. I now want my money returned to me!

I purchased the elephant shower curtain and not only did it take over 6 weeks to arrive and I contacted them and all they told me was that they sent it out and really they have no control blaming my town which I bought 2 things and one was here in 3 weeks and another 6 with the same purchase so I was confused. So the shower curtain arrived I open it up and LITERALLY IT LOOKED LIKE A GIANT PIXELATED BLOB. I could not belive what they sent me and I PAYED MORE THAN 20 DOLLARS I think $24 to be exact so I went on facebook and messaged them saying I wanted a refund and THEY BLOCKED ME like talk about customer service JUST LISTEN TO ME DON'T BUY THIER CRAP IT'S LITERALLY GARBAGE... BUYER. B E W A R E!!!!

I ordered a sofa cover. I did not know what the material was, but was hoping for something soft, considering it was to cover a sofa. It has no hem, it's just been overlocked. It's some kind of shiny material that old lady scarves are made out of, and is no way worth what I paid for it. I questioned a return for store credit and am still waiting on a reply. So I put something on their facebook page and have now been blocked. I have sent an email via their website and if I don't get a reply I will be reporting them.

Garbage !!!! Ripoff! I'm filing with the FBI it's internet fraud!
