Zen Like Products 

BEWARE!!! Do not order from this company!!! I ordered the Elephant blanket and received a cheap substitute from China. Ugly pattern with no elephant on it. I am disputing with my credit card company.

This company is a scam, be careful and like everyone else watch out. I ordered some items that came that was not as shown or described. As other have said if this site has 0 stars that is what I would have tagged.

If I could I would give this company zero stars!!! I ordered a mandala bed cover and a pair of pants back in November for a Christmas gift. Not only did it not not receive these products on time, but I never received the pants and they sent me a small cotton sheet with an ugly printed design on it. After contacting the customer service three times to ask how to send back the wrong product I received and when I would get my proper order, their response was always "we are sending your concern to our manager". I have come to accept that I wasted my money and I will not receive my products.

I purchased an item from them by PayPal. The next day there was an additional fraudulent purchase from my PayPal account, for over $400. PayPal said someone got my password. I still haven't received my item from Zen, and judging by the other reviews here this company should be under investigation. Don't do it!

I received (weeks later than I was told I would) an extremely low quality and smaller version of what was advertised on the website. I ordered a "blanket" and received a cheap, low quality, lightweight vinyl piece of garbage that didn't even have the image printed fully. This site is a total scam

As everyone else has said, this company is a fraud! It took weeks and weeks for me to receive what was supposed to be a yoga mat and mandala beach blanket. It is a large circular scarflike piece of material. I was also supposed to receive a free bracelet. I'm not even going to try to get my money back, based on the comments I've read, but I'm warning everyone not to order from this company!!!

I placed an order and what a HUGE mistake that was. I ordered what was called an "Elephant Blanket." The picture shows this product hanging over a large sofa and by the scale of the picture, it should have been at least the size of a full size mattress. What I received was very small (4'x4') thin, cheap nylon piece of crap that looked nothing like the picture all for $17.95! This would have cost $1 at a dollar store. It also took over 7 weeks to arrive and only after I placed a complaint with Paypal. Buyer beware!

I have waited thirty days for the product I ordered and nothing! The money was taken out of my account and that's the last I heard from them.

Been waiting for over 4 weeks for 1 item. No communication at all. Reached out to inquire, was told my inquiry was being "sent to management for review." 4 days later, no response. I reached out again asked for refund. Reply was "please see our FAQ page" (which of course, said no refunds). End of communication. Very unhappy. They have my money, I have no product, no refunds allowed, and no one will tell me when my item will ship. Please beware.

Things look beautiful on line, but what you order IS NOT what you'll get!! STAY AWAY!! I ordered a "beach blanket"....its a scarf that when it's folded isn't much bigger then a Roma tomato!! Beware too because they DO NOT do refunds or returns on sale items... Notice EVERYTHING is on sale. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS SITE..... YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING BUT JUNK!!!

Please do not buy from this company, I just got totally ripped off, they took my money and I never received anything, I just read reviews and lesson learned for me too.... I am really angry right now. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off . I am reporting

The product you order will not only take forever to get in the mail but it will also look NOTHING Like the picture and nothing like the description. This is 100% a scam company. First they attempt to make it look like you are getting an amazing deal with the price they put before it's on "sale" . Then I opened a paypal case and they were sneaky by giving paypal only one tracking number to make it appear like it was delivered. They picked the ONE item that showed up on time and used that tracking, when really there was 2 other tracking numbers that still showed product in China after MONTH. The product is complete JUNK. Stay clear of this company, they need to go. They know they are selling crap and they delete any negative comments on their FB page and they have it set up that if you post on their page they have to approve it, and they'll only approve positive comments to make them appear good. They are simply fooling and scamming everyone.

Unfortunately I didn't do any research either. Same experience as others, placed a order for one item and never received it, but my bank account was charged and their website says the order had been fulfilled. Emailed customer service and received no response.
Lesson learned.

Create a BBB- E-Commerce consumer report as I did today and REPORT THEM.
It is a rip-off. Take your money and send you NOTHING WHATSOEVER.

I never got my items at all and when i asked about them they blocked me on facebook so i couldnt ask them about it

Unfortunately I did not research reviews on this company before I purchased two so called blankets from them. First of all, the items are shipped piecemeal from China, in that every item is shipped individually. Secondly, the Mandala yoga blanket I ordered was the material of a scarf, meaning you could never put it on grass or the sand as advertised on their website. Further it did not come as described as there were no tassels that were clearly shown in the picture.
When I tried to complain, they were rude and unhelpful and refused to ascertain why I received an entirely different product than was advertised. I spent $40 for absolute tat. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not reputable and definitely not ZEN.

I saw Zen Like Products on Facebook and immediately fell in love with a lotus flower blanket... I ordered that as well as some free chakra beads they send to every customer free. Delivery took a reasonable amount of time but when the item arrived i was so disappointed. It was not a blanket, it was more like a scarf. There were no tassles, but bobbles. I checked the facebook page and people were putting pictures up of the right item saying how happy they were, so i was clearly sent either the wrong item or they are deliberately false advertising because after simply asking a question about my item i was blocked from the page with no resolution. I have put in a dispute to paypal which is ongoing. I have had no response from the company which is just poor. I have had an email saying they have shipped me another item as well as a chakra pendant but it is way past that now. I will not be purchasing from them again and i urge anyone else to avoid due to their bad and quite frankly non existent customer service. Bad Zen...which is ironic as karma is a b*tch.
