Worst service ever, I really want to it switch it to other networks. ZONG so called 4g internet never works properly I have to refresh it again and again after every other minute to make it work. It's so frustrating!!!

I'm currently experiencing some trouble with my Zong 4G internet connection. Despite having a stable signal, my internet speeds are slow and I'm having difficulty loading websites and streaming content. I've tried restarting my device and checking for network outages in my area, but the issue persists. I'm hoping to get some assistance to resolve this problem and get my internet up and running smoothly again.

Zong internet is very bad in our area for the last several days due to which we are facing a lot of difficulties in the using of internet. so I think Zong sim is not a best option to use for a internet...

The worst network ever. Always down, always has issues, very slow internet. STAY AWAY

I have been using Zong for internet services for about three years and was quite satisfied with the service. However, since the introduction of the My5 Package a few months ago, I have encountered significant issues with internet connectivity. Since activating this package, I have experienced frequent problems, such as not being able to watch videos on YouTube or stream movies without constant buffering. Despite logging complaints, the issues remain unresolved, and my complaints have been closed without any notification or rectification.

This problem is not isolated to me alone; my mother, father, and wife are also experiencing the same issues. Due to this poor service, I am seriously considering porting my SIM back to Ufone.

Zong's internet service has been an absolute disappointment. The connection is consistently poor, with speeds dropping to unusable levels, and the internet often goes out entirely. Despite reaching out to customer support four times to address these issues, I have received no response or action. The customer service is inept and offers no solutions. This level of service is simply unacceptable for any internet provider. Highly not recommended!

Whenever I recharge they deduct the balance without any information. Worst service

It’s a rip off company, I have paid 5100pkr for an eSIM and funny thing is, it never worked, I had to file a police complaint against the franchise of Zong in bhimber Azad kashmir, and I would pursue the complaint until I get my money back,

Very very poor internet connection. They just grow up their customers but connectivity is very poor. I lost my several trade's because of their poor internet connection. And they even listen to their customers. Now I'm definitely change my network. Ah! 4G zong, go hell with your network.

I activated IR on my zong postpaid number by deposit 15000 rupees as security and Then ask Customer support to activate 3000 rupees bundle for Saudi Arabia, upon arrival it worked well when i got message of 80% bundle consumed specially data part i called again zong support and ask them to activate me another bundle they did that and upon new bundle activation my bill show me 7K and something but data bundle didn't work after new package activation i called them multiple time and they keep saying contact service provider for roaming, i did contact but on their end everything was okay, strangely at same day my balance went to 25000 from 7000 and they blocked my number for everything.

I have call recordings screenshot of apps, i will try to file a law suit against this theft and zong seem big time cheaters and scammer avoid it

When ever I recharge my zong SIM, after few hours it always end up with showing zero balance even if I don't call or message someone. They're freaking thieves.
