Extreamly poor internet speed.they dont file a complaint saying 2 mb is a very good speed less than 2mb for more than 24 hours than we can put a complaint. they asked to change the sim saying there must be a issue with ur sim or phone but even after changing the sim the signals are very poor and it is not only poor on my phone but also on my siblings phone. they never accept their fault or try to improve.their service is extreamly poor 0.45mb upload speed and 5 mb download which goes down to 3mb sometimes and nothing loads and the internet is unstable

The internet service is so poor that I often struggle to load Google multiple times a day. It constantly switches between 4G, 3G, and 2G on its own, making it the worst service imaginable. The internet speed is unbelievably slow.

By the way, can Zong explain why the internet disappears when electricity goes out? It used to be a good network just a few months ago, but now it has become Pakistan's worst network.

Very cheap and poor services. 1 week finish but i no get whatsapp verification code. before i forget my sim number but i no cant replace or block. zong give me life time services but i no take i pay i but other network service.

The worst network ever... literally had a super card uploaded seconds ago and still there was no internet... worst experience..very frustrating to use...God help us if this this the 4g internet of Pakistan.

You will get spammed by marketing messages from Zong Pakistan to use this bundle that bundle. To contact customer services number you are required to pay for the call. If you don't have money in your phone then you cannot speak to customer services. Their complaint link on the website has this page:
"Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."

Contacting them via email is useless and they will send you back standard response which doesn't really mean much.

I had my mobile data off and still 1gb was used!!!!hilarious. Do not use this network they are theives.

I don't know what happened to zong. Zong was best internet service provider. I used it more than 4 years. For 2 months I switched to jazz check their service There Services is better than zong. Now I again check zong it still their cant even run single tab on browser. Very low quality service from 1 year.

Worst experience with Zong 4g device and services. Internet service is very very poor. Highly not recommended.

I have been using Zong Internet for the past ten years. It was okay for most of the time, and I considered it better than PTCL or other internet providers. It has gotten worse in the last six months. It keeps disconnecting or disappearing with terrible speed. Sometimes downloading is better than browsing, and vice versa. It looks like this will be my last month, and I am going to say good-bye after a long journey with Zong. Complaints did not help as well because customer service people do not have any solutions for this. Anyone can recommend a better solution in Pakistan?

Worst internet providers! Only working on some part of the country and rest has access to only few kbps. Not recommended at all!

Literally the worst network ever. JAZZ ALL THE WAY! i have had monthly super packages for rs.1000 and it's the worst. Can't use any social media apps. It's the worst thing ever.

Seriously? I have been a monthly package customer for more than 3 years while using Zong Internet. I'm not sure why, but lately your internet has been terrible; my speed is only a few kbps. In need of a reliable internet service provider.

Shittest Internet service ever. No performance and packages are very expensive. In gamming u will get 3000 ping for sure and get screwed up.
