Fantastic customer service as always. Show other brands up!

I have been an enthusiastic Wyse customer for several years now and the company has genuinely changed the way I consider and buy clothes. Although in my experience there can be some variability in quality considering the price, I have been very happy with most of the (too many) items I have bought. Customer service is super friendly and helpful too.

Delivered on time. I already have the trousers in other colours and just love them! Always high quality and they are stylish but casual.

Always prompt service and if there are any issues, the people at customer services are always super helpful. I received my new jacket yesterday and was very happy.

I ordered the Margaux Blazer in 0 midnight online but it was a little tight. The 01 size was sold out so I phoned the store and they had one in stock. I was thrilled because it is a beautiful blazer and very well made. The Customer Service was brilliant, really helpful and efficient. I am very pleased.

This is the first time I have ordered from WYSE. Good quality products which were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, some of the items I had ordered didn’t suit me, but that won’t stop me trying others in the future.

I am relatively new to Wyse and this is my third season of ordering. My one regret is that I didn't know about Wyse sooner as it would have saved a lot of problems with my wardrobe. The clothes are cut to a flattering shape as I am now in my 60s and on the larger side. I feel fantastic in the clothes and feel I can rely on them. I am wearing quite a few items on repeat and comfort is everything to me without looking as if you haven't tried. I like the idea of the community and the fashion shows with all types of ladies from different back grounds and find it inspiring to see how Marielle puts the pieces together. I feel that this encourages me to buy things that I may not have thought of. I have only used customer service once with a faulty item and they were quick to resolve the issue and send an alternative. I have asked for advice on sizing too and was given good advice. From the point of ordering to delivery and a refund if not suitable I would say Wyse are really efficient and that is such a plus for me as I am still playing around with sizing and I have ordered a lot of things knowing that I am only going to pick a few items. The fact that I know the refund will be quick encourages me to order things I am unsure of. You really need to come to Belfast even for a pop up and I would be first in the queue.

Nice product but outrageous Euro exchange rate making this brand very expensive.

For what I consider an expensive purchase the packaging is terrible. I spent £250 on 2 dresses in the sale, they turned up in a plastic bag and creased, it was more akin to Kay’s catalogue than a high end brand. The dresses were both promptly returned, one of them seemed like poor quality material and the other one was too tight despite ordering the same size. Not the sort of quality I’d expect from an expensive brand.

My daughter and I were made to feel very welcome in the shop in Marylebone . Sarah could not have been more helpful in finding the right colour and sizing of the items I liked . I had made a long journey specifically to visit Wyse and I was not disappointed. I love my purchases !

Ordered online, quick and easy, parcel came quickly - all perfectly good. Like that I can track parcel and see when and where it can be delivered.

Perfect blue blouse to take me into spring and a bargain from the sale rail.

Fantastic customer service. Agent went out of her way to be helpful and resolve an issue I had (which was not Wyse’s fault).
