Love Wyse clothes. Beautiful fabrics, shapes and colours. Only request would be petite sizing please! I’m 5ft 1 and trousers always need altering and some dresses don’t hang well for me.

Terrible way of dealing with exchanges. Never again.

Payment was taken for two dresses in March and still no dresses! Whilst I appreciate you are trying to be environmentally aware customers should not be paying for items months before items are even dispatched. I am all for planning ahead but when I order a dress for spring I would like to receive it in spring. Customers are paying a premium price however when most of your stock is pre ordered there is no amount of spin that can make this a premium customer experience.

The shop is Southwold made us very welcome. They helped me with my 94 year old mother and her wheelchair and we settled her into an armchair while I tried things on and had a good rummage. Bought a lovely silk dress for an upcoming event, which I had seen online but glad I tried it on as I would have ordered the wrong size. When we left we had assistance with the wheelchair which was lovely.

Not a great one for leaving bad reviews but wasn’t impressed by the unfriendliness of two of the ladies in the Kings Road shop this afternoon. The young girl was really helpful but the other two older women looked totally stressed and unwelcoming and the shop was empty!

I been shopping at the Marylebone branch and online for a couple of years and I’ve been very happy. Original designs, beautiful cut/sizing, comfortable and flattering fabric and amazing staff (bravo). Just introduced my friend and she loves the brand. I’ve always had prompt refunds online (I tend to buy two sizes return one). I find with the drawstring trousers go down a size. Tops true to size. Dresses true to size. Bought for my 21 year old daughter too. I love the fact that the clothes don’t age. Everything I’ve bought has washed well, travelled well and worn well. This is my honest opinion, I’m just so happy that clothing brands like WYSE exist. Thank you, from a very happy and appreciative customer.

Disappointed in quality for price. There are much better alternatives. Also think most designs to suit shorter women. Refund took forever and had to be chased numerous times — but did apologise! Still, overall v disappointing.

I bought a white Wyse blouse and when it arrived a was surprised to find that whilst pretty, the quality was poor for the price, approx £150. I was expecting crisp good quality white cotton, but it is really the kind of blouse you can buy at White Stuff or Fat Face for about £50. So really not a good ad for internet shopping where you can’t see the quality

Love WYSE clothes in general most of my wardrobe is now WYSE.Love them because they are a bit different and I’ve never been anywhere and someone has had same outfit on.Sizing can sometimes be a bit of an issue I’m usually a standard size 2 but sometimes the fit is not the same.I have found the quality very good and that’s why I keep buying.Would love to see more varied sized ladies on lives as it gives a better idea of how it will look bring back Agnes and Judith and think Barbara is always good
