Visiting the York store on Stonegate
I visited the York store yesterday and was served by Caroline. She was very helpful and encouraged me to try different styles. She was kind and patient and found the right styles for my bodyshape. I hope to go back later in the season

I visited the store in Southwold
I visited the store in Southwold. I wasn't expecting to find anything as am a size 12 on the top and a 16 on the bottom. To my great delight I found a beautiful bronze blouse and a fabulous conker brown sequin skirt. The lady in charge was extremely helpful and gave me several style tips, including wearing the skirt with an oversized jumper - which I did and have received many compliments. A brilliant store / designer. Will be returning. Thank you

Wyse service - a cut above the rest
I am an online customer living in Germany and I have been helped by the wonderful Philippa from Wyse customer service numerous times within the last few weeks - she helped me with tracking and processing my returns and ensuring that I received my refunds in a very timely manner. Philippa was always friendly and helpful and kept me updated every step of the way - I felt that I was in the very capable hands throughout the whole process. Thank you again, Philippa! Whenever I visit the Southwold shop I find the staff to be most helpful, giving fashion advice, very friendly and extremely efficient and their after sales service is exemplary.

Stylish well cut British clothing design
Great brand offering stylish well cut clothes for all occasions! It’s my go to when need something I will feel good in! I’m tired of the post covid dress down look and they nail smart casual with clothing that has that extra detail to stand out from other brands! Customer service very good! I’ve only had one issue in the past & they went above and beyond to sort it! So pleased new shop now opened near me! Big plus is it’s designed by British ladies like us so know what we want & it works!

Fabulous customer service

Outstanding Customer Service
I am usually an online shopper as I sadly don’t live anywhere near the Wyse stores. I phoned the Marylebone store looking for an item that I could not find online . The staff were outstanding, friendly and so helpful. They found me the item I needed and even checked other stores for colour availability. My item arrived a few days later and I cannot thank them enough. I hope one day that I can visit the Marylebone store in person.

Beautifully made garment
The garment is just perfect - looks just as advertised. The attention to detail is amazing. The texture feels great - light and yet warm (that’s the silk in it!)
I confess to waiting for the sales and I just got lucky it was available in my size.
