A brilliant interactive retail experience
Such a great brand and community. Lots of inspiration through live sessions with stylists you can watch. Or in store sessions you can attend. The clothes are beautifully designed to work together and you can mix old and new pieces with ease. Gorgeous fabrics and great detailing and they listen to what the customer wants by regularly asking for feedback. One of my favourite places to shop.

Having bought this coat in wrong size online Victoria in Customer Service couldn’t have been more helpful in finding the right size in a store and getting it to me as it was sold out online. I am only 5.2 and it fits beautifully, I sized down to a 1. I cannot wait to wear it come Christmas Day! In the meantime it’s under the tree!

I’m absolutely delighted with my navy flat-fronted velvet Marianne trousers. They’re such a flattering fit, and at 5’4” I really like the slightly shorter leg — it sits perfectly. Dissapointing customer service
I visited the York store which is a stunning building. Initially the experience was lovely, the staff member was engaging by complimenting the jeans I was wearing and helpful although I was dropped like a red hot brick when another customer was clearly buying more than me! Her help in finding an alternative size did not happen. My sister, who I was shopping with, put the items I had tried on back as there was no help on offer while I went upstairs to add a scarf to a skirt I had tried and decided to buy. A different member of staff rang through my purchases and took my cash. When she asked the original member of staff for a five pound note as change I was made to feel such a nuisance with the original assistant bordering on rude. After leaving we went into another shop a couple of doors down and the service there was second to none, even when I paid in cash there!
Dissapointing service in a bricks and mortar shop, and we wonder why online shopping is taking over.
