Nissan X-Trail Rubber mats

I have just received and fitted my 2017 x-trail floor mats. I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality and the exact fit. I purchased these for two reasons. 1) My normal drivers side mat would easily crunch up, making it unsafe at times, but mainly 2) Is I launch my boat on a steep and very muddy ramp and who wants mud through carpet fibers? I would definitely recommend these mats to others.

Great front fit, but poor material quality and shipping damage elsewhere.

While the front driver and passenger mats fit perfectly and feel thoroughly molded, the rest of the set for my 2019 Pajero Sport fell short of expectations.
The middle-row mats do not fit as described and are constantly bending out of place. My biggest issue, however, is the material and shipping method. The "rubber" is misleading; it feels more like a hard, cheap plastic. Because the material is so rigid, the mats arrived with permanent deformations because the seller bent them in half for shipping.
Specifically, the boot mat has a permanent kink and warp that I haven't been able to remove, and the general shape doesn't quite match the contours of my car. Visually they look okay, but the "hard, dry" texture feels low-quality.
Summary: 5/5 stars for the front mats, but the middle and boot mats are not worth the money due to poor fit and shipping damage.

The products’ quality is decent but I would say it’s still quite expensive for its condition. I ordered a microfibre dash mat, car mats, and a boot liner. All items were packaged only in a plastic bag which were reinforced with tape. You would expect them to be delivered in at least a cardboard box for the price you pay but no. It’s a risky move especially with the likelihood of the product getting damaged during transit/shipping. Seems very unprofessional and tacky considering you pay a big amount for these products.

The car mats were shipped separately from the boot liner and the dash mat, which were a little inconvenient but it worked out.

The car mats fit well for my honda cr-v.
The boot liner was delivered folded into quarters so it was a bit difficult to get it to stay flat once I placed it into the boot. Had to add some weight on it to force it to flatten out.
Dashboard mat came with stickers to keep it in place. It did have a sour smell to it thought but otherwise it seemed pretty decent.

30 day change of mind what a joke

I purchased a dashmat XTrail - TI L. Not air bag complaint. No provision for all Bose speaker. To flimsy to cut extra holes. Maybe suitable for low models. Requested 30 day change of mind as it was not suitable, sent pictures to customer service all they could suggest is 15% refund. Don't rely on what the website says. Buy somewhere where you can see what you get before you part with your cash. Same with mud flaps front fit fine but the back you need to drill extra holes in you new car.

Quality Unmatched - Superior Protection

I have purchased so many different products from x-car and all have been Amazing!
The boot liner fits to perfection, dash mat is superb and fits as it should. The car mats fit perfectly and provide superior protection.
I have had the best experience with x-car products.
When I did encounter an issue that was 1 weather shield starting to lift (after 6 months) the customer service team was so helpful and sent out an entire new set. I highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Definitely avoid!

Purchase 3 items, only received 1. Customer service kept asking me to provide photos of the items i did not receive even after i sent them the courier photos that cleared showed only 1 item delivery. They were most unhelpful and refused to refund me. i eventually gave up and lodged a dispute via my bank.

The 1 item i did receive was over low quality and overpriced.

will never purchase from here again. Total scammers!

Excellent floor mats fitted mazda bt50 – perfect fit and look great in the car. Really happy with the quality. The windshields are also awesome and work a treat. Very satisfied with the purchase. Fast delivery as well. Could not fault the purchase.

X-Car Floor Mats

Bought a set of moulded floor mats and a dashboard mat for my GWM Tank 300. Both are great fit and quality. When I had an issue with the dashmat, support got back to me in a few hours and the problem turned out to be with the car. Great service.

Professional & good communication

⭐️ 0/10 – Extremely Poor Quality & Even Worse Customer Service

I recently purchased a rear boot liner from this business, and the entire experience from delivery to attempted refund has been nothing short of frustrating.

The product arrived folded into quarters, which immediately caused visible damage. The centre of the mat showed the classic white stress mark you get when material has been bent and stretched beyond what it should be. Anyone who has seen this before knows it’s only a matter of time before it cracks or tears. The corners were also misshapen and nothing like the images advertised.

When I contacted the business, their response was to blame their “shipping size limitations” and then suggest I try reshaping the corners myself with a hairdryer. Not only was this suggestion unrealistic and unprofessional it also didn’t work. I felt ridiculous even trying it, and unsurprisingly, the damage was still there.

The next challenge was trying to return the item. They refused to collect it from my doorstep, insisting I take it to the post office. I even drove to their PO Box location in Bayswater hoping for a simple face-to-face exchange, only to be told that wasn’t allowed either. Every step of the process felt like they were making things as difficult as possible.

I made it clear that the customer service had already been disappointing, and when I finally requested a refund, they still refused to make the return process reasonable. Buying the product was a headache. Trying to fix the product was a headache. And attempting to return the product was just as bad.

Between the poor product quality and the complete lack of customer care, I honestly cannot recommend this business to anyone. Their online policies and procedures fail customers at every stage from purchase, to support, to refund.
