I had a few questions before i purchased and they were so quick at the response. The boot liner arrived quickly and fit perfectly.

Fast respond and good services, friendly and know exactly what a customer need. order was dispatched next day of order confirmed. cheap and worth the money.

I am utterly disappointed by the fraudulent advertising of the model Y foot pedal. Despite being advertised as aluminum, the product I received was entirely plastic.

When I contacted their customer service, they were initially dismissive and insisted the product was aluminum. Despite providing clear evidence by burning a small area to reveal the plastic material, they now refuse to accept a return, claiming the product is 'destroyed.'

Their unethical business practices cannot be tolerated. I have filed a formal complaint with the ACCC to ensure other consumers are aware of their misleading advertising and hold them accountable.

Their hasty dismissal of my legitimate concerns and their attempt to manipulate public opinion by selectively filtering positive reviews is a blatant violation of consumer rights. They have lost a customer and can expect to hear from me through reviews and public forums.

Terrible customer service. I contact customer service prior to purchasing the product. They sent me the wrong product- doesn’t fit my car. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They purposely delete all the one star reviews off their website and only leave the 5 star. I have lodged a complaint with Fair trading to try and recoup my money as the product is not fit for purpose. Product is flimsy and poorly made with Chinese writing on it - so clearly purchased cheaply. Avoid the company.

I ordered a BDY boot liner from NZ. It came folded into 4 and was badly creased. It's not rubber and plastic does have a memory. It looks terrible. I paid $29 to ship and why wasn't it sent flat?
I sent pictures to XCar and will see how they treat me. $99 NZ . They sent me an email saying that this is how they send products over seas. Here is what they told me to do; " Don't worry about the crease, please lay the mat flat in the sun for a few hours. This will help flatten out the mat. After that, use the hair dryer and turn on high heat to blow they area which is not flat. The matt will be easy to flatten when soft." What a bunch of crap. Maybe it'll melt on my drive way when I do this! I pay $99 and this is what I need to do to fix their problem. Never again.

I just received an email from X Car offering me 20% off.
I wrote to them that I was very suspect of them.Why?
I actually ordered a similar product from AliExpress a week earlier. It was sent to me in the same way, folded in to 4 and terribly creased. I sent pictures to AliExpress and they also told me to do the exact same as X car suggested to get the crease out. I can't help but think both these products are from a similar or the same plant in China. AliExpress has offered a full refund. X Car only 20%.
I thought buying from a company in Australia would offer a better result. When buying on line we don't know where things are actually coming from.

Parcel never came ,took my money and basically ran away ..they used a dodgy operator aramex who are very arrogant don’t treat ur parcel with respect …

For those looking at the moulded floor mats, they fit well over existing carpet mats in the Mux and don’t move around at all.

Perfect fit for 2023 Model Y and great quality! Super fast shipping across the pond and received all three orders (trunk/frunk liners , interior 3D mats, model Y trunk side pocket storage boxes and covers) in days. They look fantastic and quality is indistinguishable from Tesla stock parts. Perfect cut and fit for all of them. Very satisfied!

It helps a lot for the heat. Kids used to complain about the car seat buckles cause they got really hot. But now, never heard one complain. Very good products.

Had a great experience with X-Car. I unintentionally ordered a few accessories for my car for the wrong model. The team at X-Car noticed that the accessories I ordered were not consistent for the same car model. Instead of just caring about the money/sale and shipping off the accessories that wouldn't fit my car, they emailed me first to let me know what I had done. When I confirmed the car model that I was buying accessories for, they updated my order with the accessories that were compatible with my car and waived the difference in cost as the accessories I needed were slightly more. The products came about a week later and all the products are of great quality. Very happy with their customer service and the quality of the products. Thank you X-Car!
