Perfect Service, Perfect Fit, Perfect Swim
In my quest searching for the best swimming wetsuit I approached Keen for assistants in doing so. Based in Durban it is not easy for me to jump in the car pop over to his shop for a quick fitment but that was of no concern to Keen as he and his suppliers patiently worked through the process with me until we found the perfect fit. Thanks Keen for making this shopping experience a great experience and big thank to Adrian too for his advice and amazing teamwork during the process.
The Wetsuit purchase was a 2XU P:2 Propel Wetsuit, just tried it out in the pool and it best purchase I've made in years.

Incredible experience in service!
I bought a pair of On Clouds online.The next day I get a call from the sales team advising that they will be reimbursing me R1000 as it was older generation, but those are the ones I wanted. I was sceptical but true to their word, they refunded me! Great service, I was blown away by their integrity!! Thank you!!

I had never heard of Xciter, but I wish I had much sooner. It was the best online experience I've ever had (I buy a lot online). Select, pay (cheapest), deliver (fastest). Easy to navigate the website. I have to visit the physical outlet out of curiosity, I need to know the people behind the service.

I have been waiting for nearly two…
I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for a refund after returning my shoes. No one communicates with me or responds to my messages unless I continuously message or phone them. Staff say they will let me know once they have received feedback and whenever I contact them, they say they haven’t received feedback, but I doubt there is any effort going into following up on this.
