I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with xCloud. The team demonstrated technical expertise, quick response, and total commitment to helping until the final solution (which is usually difficult to achieve elsewhere).

The infrastructure proved to be very solid, and the support was clear, objective, and truly efficient.

For those who work with WordPress and professional projects, xCloud is certainly an excellent option.

I highly recommend them!!!

I have consistently been given excellent help from everyone that I interact with at xcloud hosting. I am a massage therapist running my own Wordpress website. I don’t know computer language at all. Positive experience with xCloud panel

I use the xCloud panel with Hetzner servers and I am very happy with the features it offers. It is easy to manage server and application settings, and there are many options and presets available for one-click installs, such as WordPress, n8n, Nextcloud and many more.

I also appreciate that none of the features are locked behind higher plans and are all available even on entry-level plans.

Support has been very responsive and genuinely listens to user feedback. They even took the time to have a call with me to discuss my migration experience so they could use it to improve the product.

***Warning***: Can’t Remove Card or Delete Account***

***BEWARE***

Steer clear.

This ***xcloud*** is a scammer, especially with their “try before you buy” offer. They ask you to add your debit/credit card to use the plan, and it seems okay at first. But if you’re not satisfied and want to move on—surprise, surprise—you can’t even remove your own debit/credit card. Worse, you can’t delete your account either.

There is no warning about this.

xCloud follows a prepaid billing model, which means an active payment method is required while using any paid or trial features of the platform. This is clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions and is in place to prevent misuse of server resources during the “try before you buy” period.

That said, you are absolutely not locked in.

If you decide xCloud isn’t the right fit:

You can move your account to the Free plan Your payment method can then be removed Your account can also be deleted upon request

All of this can be done very easily by contacting our team via 24/7 live chat or by creating a support ticket from your account. Our support team handles these requests regularly and is always happy to help.

We genuinely wish you had reached out to our support first so we could assist you immediately, rather than seeing your experience end with a negative review. We’re still here and more than willing to help resolve this properly if you contact us.

Abysmal support. Nothing works properly. No issues resolved.

Update: In their reply, they claimed to have offered to meet with me on a call. This wasn't provided until after I left my review - not before.

Abysmal support. It takes days, sometimes weeks, to get support. Often, people disappear during a support chat, and someone else pops in later and has no idea what's going on.

They don't seem to address the issues, and sometimes their response is nonsense or unrelated to the problem.

I've been testing them out for a few weeks, and this has been consistent. None of my support issues have actually been resolved.

I've encountered multiple issues with their one-click apps. It's easier and more reliable just to set up your DO droplet and install everything yourself. I'm not really sure what the point of xCloud is other than to install your security update and send you a reboot email.

Very disappointed. I thought this would be a significant time-saving venture, but there's no use.

I gave them an opportunity, even told them I'm testing things out to see if it's worth growing my agency with them, and it's been bottom-of-the-barrel 100% of the time. I hate to be so critical, but this is a warning - this is not a production-ready environment. Be careful!

About one-click apps: xCloud is a server management panel that helps deploy and manage third-party applications on your own servers. These apps are not built or owned by us, and their behavior or resource usage depends on the app itself and the server resources available. We understand that from a user’s perspective this distinction isn’t always obvious, and we should have communicated this more clearly.

We also want to mention that we offered to jump on a meeting with you to go through the issues directly, clear up any confusion, and work toward a resolution. We genuinely try to resolve problems collaboratively whenever possible.

We’re sorry that your issues were not resolved to your satisfaction. We are actively working on improving our support processes, documentation, and overall experience, and we will continue to work on making this better.
