Not had any reason to make a claim as yet but the process of setting up cover with X Cover and the support from MPB has been excellent.

If you are over 65 be aware, very aware.

When clicking on 'insurance cover' for a couple of flights with Vueling, the option was Xcover.
As soon as I opened the policy it stated thst people over 65 are not covered. So I tried to cancel the cover.
I got the usual run around of, contact the airline, use the online link.
None of which worked.
Like all insursnce companies they take your money but never refund or pay out without a seriosly time consuming fight.
Be very aware of using Xcover if you are over 65.
We will never use them again

I was charged twice for the coverage…

I was charged twice for the coverage which makes no sense to me; this could be the fault of Priceline who set this up. Can’t say for sure why this happened; have to look into this further first. Can’t really rate anything since I have not made a claim and hopefully won’t have to. I can only say that it is a comfort knowing I will be (hopefully) protected if needed and the price for it is reasonable.
