I decided to add x cover for 2 tickets…
I decided to add x cover for 2 tickets which I bought for football match. 4 days before the match my brother who’s 74 took ill. He was the driver so I could not attend. I informed x cover that I was making a claim. They have still not settled this refund. The total cost of tickets was £20 please do not use this company. I will be emailing IFA and informing them of the way this company treat people. They were looking for evidence that my brother was ill. Ie doctors certificate. If I don’t receive a full refund I will be taking this company to small claims court.

Inexpensive cover for the entire journey. Easy to understand filling out the details needed which makes potential claims also very easy to deal with.
If you are unable to travel for any of the legitimate reasons a refund is not an issue. I've been there!! Last year when I was unable to travel due to sickness the refund was in my bank account within 48 hours.

It is a great service
It is a great service. My only complaint is that I had no ticket to board the bus and the driver brought me into the office in the airport to see that i was on the system. That was a bit stressful. The lady In the office emailed the tickets to me and everything was sorted.
