Excellent company, nothing too much trouble!
I had a problem with my printer which my usual engineer gave up on. Although I am well out of their area Xentair took the time, and several phone calls,
to explain how to solve the problem.

Paul was fantastic, made a huge effort to help even though we were out of his way, and he fixed what seemed to be an unsurmountable problem through sheer tenacity - would highly recommend this company

A spare part for my Xerox Phaser 6600 was easy to find on the website. Price for the item (a small plastic slider for the paper tray) was way too high. Unfortunately I had to pay almost 23 euro for import taxes and delivery outside the UK (Belgium), but that's not something Xentair to blame for. Delivery was prompt after paying import duties. And most important: no need to replace this laser printer for a new one, it's again working fine after installing the spare part.

I required a small but important part on a 7 year old machine. I was delighted to find that you had one in stock and by opting for fast delivery it was with me the next day. It fitted perfectly and solved my printer problem.Can’t get better service than that!

Fits into the printer fine but it does not feed the paper into the printer, theres a gap between the wheel and the paper. May have to return it.

This was a great purchasing experience. I needed fast replacement of some printer parts that the official Xerox store was not able to provide before at least 3 weeks. Here they were announced in stock, but I wanted to make it sure (I had to cancel orders made the same day to other shops because items announced in stock in fact were not) so I contacted the Xentair customer service, got confirmation within minutes, placed the order, material shipped the same day and delivered few days later (from UK to France).
