I am extremely disappointed with Xpressbees customer service. I have been calling continuously for the past 2 days regarding my parcel, but I am not getting any proper help.
Every time I call, they give a different reason for the delay and promise delivery, but nothing happens. My parcel has still not been delivered, and no clear explanation has been provided.
This kind of service is very unprofessional and frustrating. I request immediate action and delivery of my parcel as soon as possible.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Yesterday I had a very bad experience I ordered two product but delivery partner ordered me only one when I asked where is my 2nd one he said maybe I forgot your order at store I said okay.but after 10 min what I see that my both order showing delivered. When I ask them about this he said I don't know it was a technical glitch. Now it's been 2 days there is no update for me on this.

I used to think DTDC had bad service, but they are not even bad.
And then I came across Xpressbees. So far, I have received only 2 parcels from this courier service, and both were compromised.
Both parcels had the same timeline. Both went missing for days, and then, out of nowhere, they were delivered.
The first parcel was literally covered in mud and was a different product and yesterday I had a similar experience as one item was missing from the box.
Xpressbees is incapable of handling the parcel and should be shut down ASAP!!

I am seller Meesho, I am facing very poor and unprofessional service from Xpressbees. The delivery partner keeps not picking up my product and cancels the pickup/order repeatedly without any valid reason. There is no proper communication, no update, and no responsibility taken by the team.
Because of this careless behavior, my business is getting affected and I am losing time and customers. I expected at least basic professionalism from a logistics company, but my experience has been extremely disappointing

Very bad experience with Xpressbees. I placed the order and it’s delay 4 days. When I tried to call, they not received and cut my call. 2nd day I tried and happed same. Worst delivery service I had experience in my life. I recommend not to use it for order.

I registered on their website to handle my regular shipments but they lost it and started making fake promises when I raised escalation. There is no contact number to get in touch with customer care and the only way to reach them is with ticket escalation. They will close these tickets every single time you raise them without giving you any timeline for the refund of lost shipments. Fraud company please stay away and don't work with them directly.
